A man, Lai was unsuccessful in his pursuit of the woman he’d met online, Hsiao, he drove from Yilan to Taipei to see her, and, she’d still not wanted to see him, so, he’d broken into her home by force, and, hacked the woman on the neck twice. The Taipei District Court found Lai guilty of attempted murder, and gave him a seven-year jail sentence yesterday, and, three months for breaking and entering, and, thirty more days for destroying the woman’s properties. And he can appeal for a lighter sentence.
Lai met Hsiao in an online game, the two of them had gone out traveling together, and Lai wanted to take their interactions further and go out on dates, but she didn’t want to. This year, on April 11th, Lai told Hsiao he will kill himself, and Hsiao was tired of it, and, blocked him from contacting her; on April 15th, Lai drove from Yilan to Hsintien, Hsinbei City to find Hsiao, he’d called her, told her that he was in a traffic accident, and wanted her to help him out.
Hsiao refused to show up, and said that she could call the cops for him, later on, Lai entered Hsiao’s residence from the window of her bathroom, not only did he broke her cell phone, smashed her computer, he’d used his bare hands, choked the woman, after Hsiao passed out, he’d even used a knife, and stabbed her twice on the neck; Lai thought she was dead, and covered her up with the quilt and pillows, then, ran out of her place.
As Lai forcefully broke into Hsiao’s home, she was on the phones with a friend, the friend heard Hsiao screamed then, the phone went dead, felt that something wasn’t right, the friend called up Hsiao’s family to check on her, and, they’d gotten her to the hospital on time, and saved her life.
So, this, is a LOSER’s behavior, after he’d had an unsuccessful pursuit of this woman, and this still just shows how dangerous the world can get, because of love, and this woman just felt that he wasn’t right for her, and she got stabbed.
