The behaviors of a jealous husband, from the Newspapers, translated…

Hsieh discovered last year, that his wife was dating another man, Yeh, he’d worn the other man to not hurt his family, and afterward, he’d discovered how his own wife and the other man were having intimate conversations together, he was so furious that he’d tricked Yeh out, and beaten him up with a baseball bat.  The judge believed, that Yeh lost control and beaten the other man up, was with a just cause, and his family broke because of it, gave him fifty days in jail, which he can pay the fines of $50,000N.T. and not serve any time in jail, with the two-year probation.

The police investigation the case found, that last year in August, Hsieh set up a phony FB account, posed as a younger woman, asked Yeh out; after Yeh went, Hsieh, and his four companions started beating him down with wooden bats, causing hematoma on Yeh’s scalp, mild concussion, and abrasions on various parts of his body too.

Hsieh admitted to the violence, he’d told the judge, that his ex-wife and he has a six-year-old, and after he’d found she was seeing Yeh, he’d warned Yeh not to hurt his family, and Yeh agreed, but, seven months later, he found the intimate words of exchange his separated wife had with Yeh, he’d lost control, that, was why he’d acted so out of control, and after the incident, he’d filed for divorce from his wife too.

Yeh claimed, that Hsieh’s ex-wife was an older classmate from school, that the two of them only engaged in conversation, that they weren’t dating.  The courts investigations found, that their exchanges included, “I miss you oh so much”, “Knowing that I’m in your heart is more than enough for me”, “I still want to go and find you”, which confirmed, that they were, relating to one another intimately.

The judge decided, that Hsieh beaten Yeh up so angrily wasn’t without a just cause, and his family was torn apart afterwards, and he has a young son with his ex-wife, and that the case had caused Hsieh insurmountable pain, more than the physical injuries that Hsieh caused Yeh, gave Hsieh probation.

The judge wrote down, “Sometimes, a lot of people barge into your life, only to teach you a lesson, then, they’d, leave!  And sometimes, we’d forgiven the individual, but, we can’t feel happy, it’s because, you’d forgotten, to forgive yourselves!”, believed, that Hsieh’s behavior was stemmed from how much he cared about his own family, and the judge consoled with him, to change, to turn over a new leaf.

So, this man’s reaction WAS warranted, but it still doesn’t make it right, and, think about it, had it been a woman who was cheated on, then, the results of this may have been totally different, because, we are not prone, to use physical violence to solve the issues…
