Misfortunes, that came, from the skies, out of, NOWHERE, call it being unlucky if you will!!! From the Front Page Sections, translated…
An elderly man, Liu, was resting in his home in Guanying District in Taoyuan yesterday, when a forty-year-old stranger went into his house and asked him for money, the man was suspected of not getting any money from the elderly, and, hacking the elderly man to death in his own living room. The detectives and coroners examined, that the elderly was cut and stabbed in forty various parts of the body, mostly, the wounds were located on the head, causing him to bleed to death, the police are not ruling out that this was done by someone with whom he’d held a grudge against, or someone he might know.
The police investigated, that Liu (age 78) who lives with his wife, who was a year younger, and two sons and grandson, the three generations lived together happily. Awhile ago, he’d had a urinary tract infection, was hospitalized for a week, and he’d only returned home, just a few days ago.
Liu’s wife said, yesterday afternoon, a man came to her front door, asked her for money; she was scared, and ran out the backdoor, and, when she’d returned home, she found her husband bleeding out on the floor. Liu’s wife was in shock, after seeing her husband brutally hacked to death, as her daughter-in-law came home, she’d immediately called the police, as the fire department rushed to rescue, the paramedic couldn’t find a pulse on the elderly, Liu’s wife said, that they didn’t know the man who did this.
The man in charge of the borough told, that the elderly couple worked as farmers their whole lives, treated others well, they’d gotten along extremely well too, the offspring work hard away from home, that he’d not heard of any disagreement that he was having with anybody else. Recently, Liu’s health deteriorated, and went to the hospital a lot, that in these past three years, their home had been burglarized twice, that he’d not imagine, that the elderly would’ve gotten murdered by the perpetrator.
The police stated, that the killer left the chopping knife he’d used to murder the elderly at the scene of the crime, they’d suspected, that the perp tried to get money from Liu, but was unsuccessful, and gotten angry and hacked the elderly to death, and, the multiple knife wounds on the elderly’s head was what killed him, that he may have died, losing too much blood, but, they’re not ruling out that someone the family knew did this, or other causes of this murder.
The police will be reviewing the surveillance footages, to chase the killer down, to find out the motive, and the D.A. asked for an autopsy, to clarify the real cause of the elderly’s death.
So, it’s just, bad luck, that this elderly got hacked to pieces, and, we still don’t know if the man who’d hacked this elderly to death has any disagreement with him or not, it’s still, pending investigation here…
