Her Mother-in-Law and Her Husband Set Her Up, Her Youngest Brother-in-Law Help Saved Her

She and her youngest brother-in-law were set up by her husband and her mother-in-law, and for what???  From the Front Page Sections, translated…

A woman, Chang, married into a rich landowner’s home, the mother-in-law felt that she’d taken her son away, and had given the daughter-in-law trouble constantly, and she’d set her daughter-in-law up, to “forcefully molest her youngest brother-in-law’s privates”, the youngest brother-in-law disclosed, that “my mother and older brother set it up”, and returned his older sister-in-law’s innocence back to her.  The judge found Chang not guilty, and charged the mother-in-law, the husband on libel and slander and forgery; and Chang believed, “it’s no point staying as a part of this family”, she’d filed for divorce and the judge allowed.

Chang claimed to the Taoyuan District Court, that two years ago, since she married, her mother-in-law had been unfriendly toward her, later on, she’d learned that it was because her mother-in-law felt that after her son married, he’d no longer followed her commands, and blamed it as “my daughter-in-law taught him to disobey me”, and would often given her trouble, barge in when she and her husband were asleep at night, and, tripped herself, but blamed it on her, and tried to get between the love she had with her husband constantly, and taught her husband to “tame your own wife”.  And because her husband’s family is very rich, the mother-in-law feared that she’d tried to get a cut of her inheritance, and forced her to sign the papers to separate her and her husband’s assets, and she could only, put up with it.

Chang claimed, that that, wasn’t where her mother-in-law stopped, in order to kick her out of the house, she’d worked with her husband to set her up, her husband had invited her to sing karaoke and to get drunk, and, as she’d turned home late, her mother-in-law asked her to “sleep in another room”, she’d stayed in the first floor bedroom for that night, and, as she woke, she’d found that her husband’s youngest brother who was still in high school was next to her, and the mother-in-law immediately accused her of “forced sexual molestation of her youngest brother-in-law”, and her husband took the photos too, and sued her for rape, and testified to it, attempted to, chase her out of their household.

As the court was in session, Chang claimed that the time when her youngest brother-in-law accused her for molestations, she wasn’t even at home.  And later on, the youngest brother-in-law disclosed in court himself, “It’s my mother and older brother who’d set it up, that my sister-in-law never molested me”, that at the time when the photos were taken, he wasn’t actually asleep, just faking to be.  The judge believed in Chang’s innocence, found her not guilty, and, reported Chang’s mother-in-law and her husband for libel and slander and falsifying the testimonies, turned the case over to the D.A.’s office.

After Chang was given the not guilty verdict, she felt that her mother-in-law was a “monster”, that she couldn’t stay in the household anymore, filed for divorce and repatriation, the judge mandated that the husband was the one who’d done wrong, granted the divorce and mandated that he needed to pay her $350,000N.T.s.

And, this would be, going to the EXTREMES, because you feel that your daughter-in-law had, “stolen” your son away, that she’d made him not listen to you anymore, so, you’d come up, with this grand scheme, to set her up, and that just shows the extent that someone will go, to chase someone out of one’s own house.
