Relax, focus, on your breathing………
Let your mind drift, to that place, of quiet, a place that’s, all your own, that nobody can barge in on, and, hear that silence, feel that serenity overcoming your bodies and minds.
Savoring the silence, because, moments of peace are, harder and harder for us to get, especially in this face-paced world, where we’re all, running that race against time we’re, destined to lose. Savoring the silence, don’t be afraid of it, just, listen to the sound of the ocean from when you hold up a seashell to your ears (uh, that’s still the ECHO from your arteries and veins, hello, hello, hello??? Anybody NOT get that, go take your earth science class again!!!). Savoring the silence, it’s not easy, especially when your heart’s becoming more and more agitated by the second as you hear that clock on the wall go tick-tock, tick-tock!!!
Savoring the silence, and until you do, you will NEVER find that longed-for, much-desired, peace that you seek, be alone, with nobody ELSE but you around, and after you can feel comfort in your own companies, then, you had, mastered the lesson of savoring the silence………
