Are They Cheating? The Chairs Shook, Voices Moaning………the Judges Had Various Interpretations

A married man, Wu and a woman, Liu were having sex in a car, Wu’s wife took the recordings of the sounds from the GPS device, and sued both for adultery.  The first trial found them not guilty, because the judge believed, that the sounds are inconclusive; the second trial, based off of the two individuals’ words of exchange which had sexual hints, plus the sounds of moaning and groaning in the background, the judge believed that they were having sex in the car, and found Wu guilty, and gave him four months in jail, and Liu, three months’ sentence, which they can both pay their ways out of serving the time.

The verdict pointed out, Wu, two years ago, one afternoon in mid-March, drove Liu to Taiwan Sugar Company’s Complex in Taidong and they had sex in the car, and because they left the recording of the traffic cam on, it’d recorded down the sexual verbal exchanges they shared, along with the moaning and groaning in the background too.  After Wu’s wife found out, she’d sued them both based off of the voice recordings, the D.A. charged both of them.

Wu and Liu denied having sex together, both claimed that they’d, interacted, that even if the conversations recorded showed that they were intimate, there’s no way of concluding that they were, having sex together.

The judge from the district court in Pingdong believed, that although there are noises, and conversations of a sexual nature in the car, but, it was, in the broad day light, that it wasn’t, normal, that you just can imagine, and speculate, that they did, have sexual intercourse together, found them both not guilty.

The D.A. was dissatisfied, appealed to the high courts in Kaohsiung.  The second trial from the Collective Courts believed, that there were illicit conversations, including descriptions of how their sex organs “connected”, and there were, moaning and groaning, as well as kissing, and the chairs shaking and bumping, clearly, it’s believed, that the two were having sexual intercourse together, and the case turned against the individuals’ favors, they were both found, guilty.

So, you tried to escape from being punished for adultery, and you’d almost, gotten away, but, the D.A.’s appealed to the higher courts had, found you guilty as charged, and this still just shows???  If you cheat on your spouse (1 @ a time!!!), you will PAY!!!
