My mother-in-law in her eighties is very healthy, very optimistic in nature, took care of her families for sixty years on end, still very able-bodied, and took care of the meals in the household.
My mother-in-law’s way of staying healthy, from my observations, is using her body every single day, although she’s already in the golden years of her life, she’d still gone to the marketplace to shop every single day, and as she saw the clothing that are cheap and comfortable, she’d started picking and choosing like a child would, and if she’d found something she’d loved, she’d gotten all excited, said that she has a good fashion sense.
My mother-in-law is also an avid recycler, after the neighbors read the papers, but didn’t have the time to recycle, my mother-in-law would sort out the pages one by one, stack them together, tied up into a bundle, and recycle; the plastic bottles that people are finished drinking from, she’d rinse them all out, collected them into a bag, and when we have the time, to deliver to the recycle yards. As for the money she made from recycling, she’d taken it all out at the end of the year, to be used as the money for food. For her, recycling not only prevents the family from becoming wasteful, it’s also a special way she used, to show how much she cared about us, keeping us all fed well.
My mother-in-law didn’t get bogged down by her age, is still happy and comfortable in life, and cherished the assortments of resources around her, and that, is why she’s able to, feel the smaller instances of happiness every single day, and, because of how happy she is, she’s without the major illnesses of old age. Turns out, that the way to live long and happy, is by cherishing what you have, and move around more.
So, this, is how this woman is able to, stay healthy and happy, she’d recycled (worked out, picking up the items, delivering the items to the collectors?), and she feels satisfied with what she has, and that, would be the main psychological process, and so, in older to age well, you need to keep yourselves active, and be in a good mood every single day.
