The dreams of virtual reality, combining the reality of external environments with the games’ settings, at least, it’d kept us stuck in a specific place. And now, Pokemon Go had, combined the reality of external environment with the goings on in the games, making this revolution a reality in life, and although, the cell generations are no longer “stuck” at home, but, they’d become, stuck, to the developing digitalization of the gaming. And now, games like Pokemon Go had successfully balanced between the thrills from catching the monsters with the reality of safety, in the future, how will these Pokemons be controlled by humans, or would the Pokemon monster cause humans to become more “zombie like”, the life of the cell phone gamer, is bound, to become more confusing than ever.
So, this article dissected the up and the downside of the game, Pokemon Go, and, I get that the game developers is aiming towards getting people to go out into the world, but, while these gamers are walking in the world, they’re, however, trapped by the mindset of catching the monsters, meaning that although their bodies are outside somewhere, their minds are, stuck, in the games, and, when the body and the mind are not working at the same paces, accidents happen, like that teenager that drove off of a CLIFF, following the Pokemon monsters!
