There are, GOD knowns HOW M-A-N-Y ways, to express anger……
“Get the F*** out of my god DAMN face!”, or by picking up something fragile, and THROW it toward the walls over there. Point is, we all have different ways of expressing our angers, and some of the methods we’d used may be constructive, OR destructive, but mostly, it would be, more destructive.
Think about it, when you’re angered, would you say to yourselves: calm down, take a deep breath, relax……of course not, because you’re, AT the moment of your own anger, and you want to, murder someone, and there’s nothing wrong with that, because ANGER is a negative EMOTION you’re allowed to have.

Expressions of anger, I don’t need them anymore, just because I got louder, louder, LOUDER as I’m talking to someone, that does NOT mean that wow, I’m getting P-I-S-S-E-D! That just meant, that whoever the FUCK (yeah, still know I’m using, “strong” language here!!!) I am talking to is NOT hearing the CONTENT of my words, just hearing my words!

Expressions of anger, everybody has them, it’s how you lash out, constructively or DEstructively that would make the difference, and besides, if someone really know you, then, s/he would know about your styles of anger…
Expression of anger, the WORST thing that can possibly happen is, NOT expressing ANY anger at all, and, you are, going to, DAMAGE not just your selves, but also, EVERYBODY ELSE around you, who cared.
