Lost, in the Labyrinth of Monsters

We were, lost, in a labyrinth of monsters, they’d, gnashed their sharpened teeth, scaring us, breathed out those red-hot flames, from their nostrils, cooking us alive!

Lost, in a labyrinth of monsters, I can’t even remember, how I’d, made it out, and survived, but I’m now, at the end of the tunnel, and, I’d looked around, for you, I couldn’t find you………

not my photo.

Lost, in a labyrinth of monsters, we’d, rammed into dead-ends, made the wrong turns, that got ourselves, trapped by the blockages of the gates.

And, as those monsters, was about to, devour us, I’m closed my eyes, because I was, so very scared, and, I’d, made a wish, that I wasn’t, where I was, and, I’d opened my eyes, and found myself, in this, darkness that surrounded me…

not my sketch.

Lost, in a labyrinth of monsters, I was, but now I’m older, and those monsters of my childhood, well, they don’t scare me no more, I’d, outgrown, each and every LAST one of them, and now when I sleep at night, I rarely dreamed.  Finally, some rest, after years of my sleeplessness…………
