A man, Chou who lived in Hsinbei City had twice added the date rape drug, FM2 into his girlfriend’s teenage daughter twice, once in her soup, once, in her drink, the second time that the daughter passed out, she’d felt that Chou was kissing her on the lips, she’d cried to her family members, and they’d notified the police; but because there wasn’t enough physical evidence to charge Chou with obstructions of sexual freedom, the Hsinbei District Attorney’s Office indicted him on attempting to get underage minors to use drugs.
Chou’s girlfriend, because of her mental instability, needed to see the psychiatrist regularly, the doctors prescribed sleeping pills with FM2 as ingredients, to help her sleep better, and her fifteen-year-old daughter helped her mother by holding conversations, and eating with her every now and then; two years ago in November, one evening, as the mother and daughter were carrying on in conversations in the bedroom, Chou took the advantage, and slipped one of his girlfriend’s sleeping pills into her fifteen-year-old daughter’s drink.
The very next morning when the girlfriend’s daughter woke, she felt dizzy, and had told her aunt and school teacher, the teacher took her to the hospital; and because the teenager didn’t feel any physical discomforts, the doctors didn’t examine her further.
Last April, the daughter went to the mother’s residence again, and, the mother made a soup for the daughter, Chou took the advantage, and slipped in FIVE sleeping pills, and gave the mother and the daughter a bowl each. As the daughter was half way finished with the soup, she felt that it’d tasted weird, Chou told her, “All the nutrients are inside, drink it up now”, and, after the daughter downed the bowl of soup, she’d fallen, drowsily asleep. And, as she was lying there, she’d felt, that Chou pressed his lips to hers, the very next day, she’d cried to her mother and her aunt about it; the family took the girl to the hospital, she had her blood drawn, and they’d found, FM2 in her systems, the police took Chou into the station for questioning.
In the interrogations, Chou admitted to doping the drinks and the soup, but claimed, that it was because his girlfriend and her daughter would chat to the late hours of the night; he hoped his girlfriend could head to bed sooner, that, was why he’d spiced up the beverages, denied having touched, or kissed his girlfriend’s daughter.
But because the daughter’s mouth, panties, other parts of her body all tested positive for Chou’s DNA, the D.A. asked her if she was sure, that she was kissed by Chou, the girl told, that she was out of it, that she couldn’t be a hundred percent sure, and so, the D.A. believed, that there’s not enough evidence, to charge Chou on obstructions of sexual freedom.
And this is bad because??? Oh yeah, this loser will surely, do what he’d done again, to get HIS way with his own girlfriend’s daughter, because he’d not even gotten punished one bit, not even, a slap on the wrists, and, this opens the door, for ALL rapists, so long as they are careful enough, to wipe the traces, that their DNA don’t get found on the victims, then, they’re, all, home free!
