A married man, Chen had an affair with a woman, Lai, both their separate spouses had gone, all out, in collecting the evidences of them cheating. Lai’s husband broken the doors of his separated wife, found the two of them sleeping naked together, but he was, fined for breaking and entering, damaging properties, and his suing them for obstruction of family failed too; Chen’s wife saved the records of her husband and Lai’s intimate conversations and their traveling together in photos on Facebook, and filed for a civil suit, she was given the money.

The verdict pointed out, that Lai and her husband wasn’t getting along, they were, separated, Lai rented an apartment, later on, Chen moved into the same apartment, but into a different room. Lai’s husband suspected that two of them were having an affair, two years ago in February, he’d broken down the door of his wife’s residence, and had the private investigating firms to go in to collect the evidence, Lai and Chen were caught in bed, wrapped their bodies with the quilt, Lai’s husband pulled back the covers by force, and found the two of them, naked together. Lai and Chen denied the allegations of adultery, claimed that they both slept in the buff, that the previous evening, Chen got drunk and entered into the wrong room by mistake.
The judge believed, that Lai’s husband other than breaking and entering without just cause, damaged the properties, and he’d gotten angered and lifted up the quilt, he’d offended the rights of his own wife and Chen, using the quilt to cover up their bodies, that he was guilty of forced behaviors; he was fined $3,000N.T. and $2,000N.T. for the offenses, and, needed to pay $4,000N.T. in sum, and he can do volunteer so he wouldn’t have to pay the fines.
not my photo here still…
Lai’s husband also sued Chen for obstruction of family, and because of the poison tree theory, he’d not legally obtained the evidences, so, he’d lost the case.
On the other end, Chen found Lai calling her husband “honey”, “darling” on Facebook, along with the photos of intimacy, with them cheek to cheek and kissing having Valentine’s Day dinner together, and registered abroad at shops with Facebook, she’d sued Chen and Lai for emotional distress in the amount of $300,000N.T.s Chen stressed, he’d been separated from his wife a long time, but because they couldn’t agree on the alimonies and child support, that, is why they’re still married legally. He was not dating Lai, and that what he’d posted on Facebook isn’t what was really going on.
The judge believed, that Chen and Lai had already surpassed the norms of being just friends, believed that Chen’s wife was reasonable, that Lai and Chen needed to pay her $200,000N.T. for her emotional distress.
So, if you’re just separated, you still shouldn’t fool around, because you’re still, legally married to the other person for whatever reasons there may be (how the hell should I know???), and if you start dating before you’re fully divorced, then, your spouses (1 @ a time!!!) will have the right to SUE you for it!!!
