Unknowingly being involved in something illegal, so he wasn’t found guilty, from the Front Page Sections, translated…
A semi driver, Wu had taken a woman, Chang who’s going to school and working at the same time to school, awhile ago, he was arrested, on the accusations of working as a “driver” for a call girls’ ring, that, was when he’d realized, that is girlfriend part-timed as a hooker; Wu was charged for obstructions of decency, but the D.A. based the records provided by his workplace, believed that he held a normal job, that he was kept in the dark by his girlfriend, and not worked as a driver, the D.A. dropped the charges against him.
The D.A. pointed out, at five in the afternoon on April 27th, the Hsinbei Police Department’s Luzhou Substation tracked down the human trafficking group using LINE to get customers, and tracked the calls to a motel in Luzhou, and found that after a woman, Chang, who looked beautiful, used $8,000N.T.s as her price, after she’d sold herself, walked to a car and got in.
The police stopped the car, and stated to the thirty-six year-old driver, Wu, “So, you’re a driver then”, Wu looked confused. The police arrested both Wu and his girlfriend, and searched out two unused condoms from Chang, and charged her based off of disturbances of the society, and Wu was taken into custody for being a driver for the sex scam ring.
As the D.A. interrogated him, Wu denied his involvements, claimed that his girlfriend was taking extra courses for her work close by her school, that that day he’d driven his girlfriend to class, to get things, didn’t know why she’d gone to a motel, she’d seen her walking out of the motel, and she’d told him that she was there to see a friend, and that he shouldn’t butt into her business; he’d a professional truck driver, NOT a driver for a sex scam ring.
The D.A. called on Chang, Chang claimed that she’d used LINE to contact the call station she worked for, and after the call station suggested a price, the call station would look for customers for her; that day, the client was introduced by her coworker, she’d made the contacts herself, she’d asked her boyfriend to drive her, didn’t tell him she was going to sell, and didn’t give him a cut of what she’d earned either.
The D.A. based off of the business card, the truck license, as well as the cargo pick-up slips, confirmed that he does have a proper job; that Wu and Chang were boyfriend girlfriend, and Wu drove his girlfriend as she’d asked him to was normal; Wu didn’t get any money, and had a proper job, it would be unbelievable that he’d worked as a driver for the call stations too.
So, maybe this man was innocent, that he was only picking up his girlfriend as she’d asked him to, we will never know, but the evidences sure do point that way, which was why this man wasn’t punished, for driving his girlfriend to sell herself.
