A man in Hsinchu, after his wife died, raised his two daughters up alone, a decade ago, he walked in on his fifteen-year-old youngest daughter tasting the forbidden fruits with her boyfriend at home, after he’d chased her boyfriend out, he’d ordered his own daughter to take off her pants, and raped her. Three years ago, the daughter started having recurring nightmares after she was married, and her husband went with her, to press charges against her father, the Hsinchu District Court gave the man a sentence of three years six months.
Toward his daughter’s accusations, the man denied it, believed, that it was all his own daughter’s delusions; the judge called his daughter’s boyfriend from back then, school teachers, as well as her classmates to testify, they’d all spoken about how they’d heard the adolescent told of what happened, and remembered how worked up she was as she was telling them, and she was taken to therapy for it too, the judge also found, that after he’d started raping his own daughter, his youngest daughter had multiple times, sought out help from outside, but the family and relatives only told her that everything was going to be okay, and that, was what made the judge believe, that the man did rape his own child.
The judge investigated, that ten years ago, as the man came home, he’d found his fifteen-year-old daughter in bed without their clothes on, he’d told the boyfriend to go, then immediately, ordered his daughter to his own bedroom; as the daughter put her clothes back on, she thought she was going to get punished, but, her father told her to take her clothes off again, and molested and raped her instead.
Three years ago, his daughter got married, and she’d started having nightmares of what happened when she was younger, and would wake up in the middle of the nights, crying, her husband thought that something wasn’t quite right with her, after she’d told him what happened, her husband had gone with her, to report the rapes that her father committed against her from back then. She’d told the judge, that she’d asked her older sister, her aunt for help, but her older sister believed, that she must’ve misbehaved, that was why she was, “disciplined” by her father, and her aunt told her, that she shouldn’t hate her father.
And so, that, was how long this woman had suffered, and she will keep on suffering, because this will NEVER be gone for her, and it’d happened, when this woman was a teenager, didn’t know any better, and the father just, took advantage of his own young!
