The Worth of Dogs’ Life More than Humans

A case of misbehaving servicemen torturing and murdering a puppy can cause such huge crises, that, is the crisis that Taiwan is faced with now.  Being kind to animals, respect toward life, these are all the values that civilized countries should have, sure, but, what about how far we take the issues?  The random murders on the MRT, the murdering of that young child on the streets at random, and the anti-death penalty organizations still vouched for the rights of the convicts, and the scam rings became the shames of this country, and, there are, those, who’d falsified the country’s righteousness, to use it to do bad things, and cried out for their own human rights.

Abuse and killing animals, sure, it’s awful, and, they should be made to pay, but, would you need this sort of a rousing up the public, on calls of “a life for a life”?  Do we need to use a bouquet, and throw it at the face of a major?  Do we need the secretary of defense to constantly bow to apologize on the armed servicemen’s behalf?  Take a look, at all the civilized nations’ armed forces, which of those nations’ people asked the armed services to do this?  Where’s the role of the government?  Where’s the stability of the society then?  And, should we all handle the things that upsets us, using the power of the public?

An originally beautiful and well-rounded island, once got the acclaims of “the most beautiful scene is the public”, because the political parties are at war with each other, the politicians selfishly manipulating the systems, the media adding more fuels to the already burning flames, allowing the public to rant on endlessly, using the false name of democracy, tying up the ability of enforcing the rules of the government, that, is where the real crises in Taiwan lie.

The root of the problem in Taiwan is that it’s a power struggle between the two parties, that the government doesn’t put the benefits of the citizens at the top of the priorities list, and, in the politicians’ minds, they only cared for their own benefits, the media doesn’t do anything, but add more fuel, to the already burning flames, watching the public opinions tie up the futures of this nation, is there still hope, for this country at all?  Countrymen, calm yourselves, think, what, sort of a future, would we want to leave behind, for our own offspring?

So, this, is one person’s opinions on how the government had, lost focus here, the government should BE focusing on bigger things, but instead, the government is getting tied up and bound, sorting through these less important, minute, miniscule matters, but think about it, if we don’t start at the lower levels of organizations, and build our ways up, how are we able to, make sure, that we’re all, steady and stable AT the top?  And the opinion of this man, is still valid, just not all of it.
