A man, Cho went to the hospital to visit someone he’d had a confrontation with the security guards, was injured, and sent to the E.R. for treatment, in the E.R., he’d stroked the female nurse’s thighs, lifted up her skirt, and, in the X-ray room, he’d attacked another nurse’s breasts twice; as his father was told of his behaviors, he’d commented, “it’s just a touch, it’s not as if they’d lost anything”. The judge believed that his behaviors had brought dangers to the hospitals, and gave him a heavy sentence of two years in prison for forced molestation charges.
The judge investigated, that Cho (age 28), on the early morning hours of April 19th, 2013, went to the hospitals to visit his own grandmother, after he was injured in a confrontation with the hospital security officers, he was sent to the E.R. to get his forehead injuries treated; a nurse, Chen helped him dressed his wounds, then, helped him back on his feet, as the doctor had ordered, he’d taken the advantage, groped Chen on her thigh, Chen scolded, “Don’t do that”.
Cho disregarded the nurse’s warnings, kept touching her, and he’d even lifted up Chen’s shirt upward, lifted it up, until the underlining of her bras were showing, Chen told Cho to stop several times, he didn’t, it took the security guards entering into the room, subdued Cho, but Chen’s shirt was already torn.
On the same day, in the early morning hours, a nurse, Wang pushed Cho into the X-ray examination rooms, Cho took advantage of how the nurse was standing on his left, about to place the X-ray scanners under his left thigh, he’d used his left hand, and, pressed Wang’s right breast down, Wang started screaming. The nurse who was close by hollered, “Let go, don’t use the fact that you’re drunk, thinking that you can get away with what you did, we can sue you if we choose.”, that, was when Cho let go, but, several seconds later, he’d got a hold of Wang’s face and wouldn’t let go, after the nurses at the scene all gone up to stop him, that, was when he’d let go.
The two nurses pressed charges, Chen said, is this what we, nurses have to put up with? After she was molested by Cho, she’d become impacted, she didn’t know how to face the patients now, and didn’t know why she became a nurse in the first place either; and the nurse, Wang stated, that at the time when Cho groped them, his father stated, “It’s just one grope, no harm there.”, that it’d not been respectful toward women.
Although Cho claimed that he was out of it due to his injuries, that he’d not recalled what he’d done, but the judge based off of the surveillance footages, and the testimonies of multiple witnesses, believed that Cho was guilty, he was given two years in prison, on the first, second, and the retrial of the first trial.
So, this loser tried using alcohol as his excuse, but it’d not worked, and what’s worse was this man’s father showed a total disregard for women, and we can see where this loser got his values from, because children will ALWAYS model after their parents! And because this father didn’t teach his own son to RESPECT women, naturally, he’d mistreated the women around him…
