Life, the Obstacle Course

Rite of Passage, a Poem

Translated…

Forgotten When It’d Started Happening

But, I’d Learned to Hold it All in

Forgotten When it Was

That I’d, Started Learning to Grab at Things

Forgotten When

We’d Just, Learned Everything

Every Single Actions We’d Practiced Over & Over Again

Inside the Amniotic Sac

not my picture…

The Hero’s Name, Etched into Our Hearts

The Anxieties that’s Getting to Me Now, Do Calm Back Down

One of These Days We Will Find, that Secret Passageway

Taking Us Toward Getting Older

As I Was Bathing, I Was Reminded of the Hands

And I Felt Sorry For All the Years Already Gone

Recalled the Facebook of the Golden State Warriors

this is how serious it’s getting…

The Totems, the Memories, and Legends Too

The Pies from the Future, Italy

The Speed of Songs and Chants, as Well as the Metals Too

Forgotten When it Was

That I’d Learned to Use Facebook

not my photo…

So, this, is a REALLY bad trend, because if coming of age is reliant on FB, then, that is, really awful, and, so, how did the past generations get on, before FB was invented, huh?  Had you ever wondered about that?  And, if you become totally reliant on something, like your lives depend on it, then, after it’d gone, you will, have a HELL of a time, readapting, to life without it.
