Another “innocent” fish who, took the BAIT!!! From the Front Page Sections, translated…

A female freshman from college broke up with her boyfriend, went to the temple, to ask for the affinity, and, bumped into the owner, Chen, of the fortune-telling shop who’d told her, “all the love you wanted won’t be yours”; she’d mistakenly thought, that Chen could help change her chances of getting better romance, went to the motels with him, and was raped by him, later on, she’d become, emotionally distraught, and was taken to the psych ward. The Hsinchu District Court believed that Chen took advantage of the situation, and scammed the student, and gave him four years in prison based off of laws of forced sexual behaviors.

not my picture…

This college student, before she’d enrolled last year, she’d broken up with her boyfriend, on the afternoon of August 4th of last year, she’d gone to a temple in Hsinchu to ask for the blessings, and the man, Chen, who has a fortune-telling shop next door said to her, “You have a good life, but, you’d, walked in front of your good luck, and your luck trailed behind you…I’ll help you change that next time.”  The college student who believed in the saying of misfortunes, hauntings asked why she must wait until the next time.

Chen saw how the college student was a believer of this saying of changing luck, claimed, “I can turn you back to clean, but, only heaven, earth, you and I know about this, if you tell it to anybody else, you will die in a very awful manner.” The female student believed every single word, and that very night at around seven, she’d followed Chen to the motels, to get her luck altered.

Chen used the hot and the cold water, to make a mixture, and asked the female college student to bathe in the tub with him, then, told her that he will give her some of his luck, had her fellate him, and in the end, he was successful, in raping her. Afterwards, the college student became in a trance and emotionally unstable, was taken to the doctors, and that was when the family knew about what happened, and gone to get her injuries documented and reported the incident to the police.

not my photo here still…

The D.A. indicted Chen based off of rape with a three to ten years’ jail sentence; the defense attorney said, that Chen only had an elementary school education, that he’d not known about the laws, and that it was, in a moment of mistake he’d made, plus, he’d shown remorse afterwards, that he’d not forced the woman to have sex with him, that the lightest sentence of three years was still too excessive, hoped that the judge could give him some leniency.

The judge believed, that Chen used the name of voodoo magic, took advantage of the college student’s unstable emotional state and how she’d believed in the gods and the ghosts, managed to trick her, “making her fear first, causing that psychological fear in her, then, raped her”, and caused the victim to become emotionally unstable, that he was very evil, that, was why such a heavy sentence was given to him.

And so this, is how easily someone can fall, and, if this woman can fall, so can anybody else out there, and this scam artist used the emotional instability of this woman, to rape her, and that, is not only wrong, he’d also, taken advantage of her trust too!
