When the teen, Hsiang was asked why he’d murdered his own mother, he’d spoken very honestly, “I don’t know”. But, actually, I don’t know meant I DO know. Because I’m dissatisfied, so, I did something; because I’m happy, so, I did a certain thing.
But unfortunately, the current atmosphere of the society focused too much on the likes and dislikes of the students; teaching what the students are interested in, instead, of the lessons they’d needed, anything that the students are uninterested in, the teachers, the parents, even, the society gets shunned.
The case of the murder of the mother, is the result of the inappropriateness of education that’s happened, for long-term, mistaking spoiling with love, and, conniving as freedom. Which student doesn’t skip school? There are even parents who believed, that students cheat, because they wanted to improve their grades for the better; otherwise, he wouldn’t even bother showing up for the exams.
And this, would be the long-term, adverse results of the policies in education, can we blame the students, our kids?
And, do kind parents raise awful children, and a household with strict rules will produce all well-behaved citizens?
The children accept and walk onto the right paths, followed the roadmaps, step, by step, in their education, that way, it would help them get that mind of introspection, to help them improve for the better; but once the parents started spoiling them, given them everything they’d asked for, and, when life don’t go their ways, there would be, huge problems. Especially with the decline in birthrate, we must, have the right methods to educate the younger generations.
The only children needed the enforcement of group education, teaching them how to get along better with their peers, otherwise, they’d become, little emperors, little princesses, and only knew how to take, but not how to give, what hope would there be, in this world then?
And, don’t forget, rather than leaving behind huge amount of assets for your young, you should consider leaving behind, the right values for them, and the right values are the standards of interacting with the rest of the world. Otherwise, these tragedies will keep on, occurring, time, and time again.
So, this, is very important, and the case of that teenager, murdering his own mother, is a case that prove this professor’s belief, because his mother gave him everything, he began to believe, that everything was rightfully his, and, when things didn’t go his way, his stepfather started disciplining him, and his mother didn’t do anything for him, he’d raged, and, eventually, that rage that he’d carried turned outward, and, caused him to murder his own mother so brutally, and, it’s all a result, of the mother, spoiling her son rotten, giving him EVERYTHING that he’d wanted in life!
