Call this a getting back at someone after a bad breakup if you will, and, yes, it is, still ILLEGAL!!! From the Newspapers, translated…
A man, Liu, from Hsinbei City, was dissatisfied at how his girlfriend broke up with him, he’d threatened her with a sex tape and forced her to sign a “sex contract”, forced her to have one last sexual intercourse with him. Afterwards, he’d stuck the memory disc from the sex tape footage onto her car windows, texted her, that he will make multiple copies of the footage into DVDs and give them out to those he knew, the courts found Liu guilty of threats, and forced sexual behaviors, placed Liu in custody for sixty days for now, and sentenced him to a year and eight-months long jail sentence.
The twenty-one-year-old Liu had been dating his thirty-year-old girlfriend for two years, and, he’d become emotionally unstable and used physical violence toward her, and had constantly borrowed money from her, his girlfriend had it, last year, she’d made up her mind on breaking up with him. He’d called up his girlfriend at work, and, threatened to go public with the sex tape footage, to make her meet him, forced her to sign a contract, and made a date to meet up for the last time, then, they wouldn’t contact one another again, or, he will go public with the footages.
But, after the final time they’d had sex, Liu went back on his words continually texted his ex via LINE, and asked her to come and retrieve the sex tape from him, but his ex ignored him, and, he’d started threatening, “If you don’t come meet with me, I will make the sex tape footages into DVDs and hand them out to everybody I know”, and posted on FB, “I wish I could kill you right now”. Liu had also attached the memory disc with the sex tape footages onto his girlfriend’s windshield, with a threatening note addressed to her. The girlfriend had finally had it, and asked the police officers to step into help her handle the matter.
When the court was in session, Liu denied having forced his girlfriend to have sexual intercourse, and the judge thought that his words were false, but considering how he showed remorse, and had, apologized in open court, sentenced him to a year, eight-months for the rape of his ex-girlfriend; and fifty days for threats, and forced abduction of his ex for thirty days, which he’d only needed to serve the minimum of sixty days for.
So, because you wanted her back, but she’d had enough of you, so, you’d used the sex footages that were PRIVATE from the days when you were still together, to threaten her, and, you’d, raped her again, and in the end, you couldn’t escape the law, but, it’s still, nowhere near justice if you ask me, because, how can the woman now, live out the rest of her life, having this bad memory of an abusive kind of lover that she’d had, she was threatened, and the victim in this case, and this still just shows all of you, that you should NOT share anything that intimate with ANYBODY, because, everything IS fair game after the breakup!
