The news that shocked the society of the young girl, Liu “Little Lightbulb” being murdered at random, the suspect, Wang hacked and stabbed the child twenty-three times, he’d claimed that the reason why he’d killed the child was to resolve the troubles he had of procreating; the Shihlin District Attorney’s Office ended the investigations, the Veteran Memorial Hospital found, that while Wang was committing the crimes, he was of sound mind, and was planning on turning himself in, to get his jail sentence reduced too, they’d prosecuted him on murder, and asked for the death penalty.
At eleven o’clock in the morning on March 28th, Liu took “little lightbulb” to Xihu MRT Station to pick up her younger siblings who was in the care of her maternal grandparents, “little lightbulb” was riding ahead on her scooter, Wang (age 33) approached her immediately, Liu originally thought, that he was going to help steady her daughter, but he’d grabbed the child’s head, and, started chopping at her neck, Liu’s mother immediately called out “HELP!” the employees from the nearby stores came to assist, but the child was already, decapitated, with her head, rolled off to two meters away.
The police found a notebook at Wang’s that was covered with the word “Rape”, he claimed himself to be the very first emperor of Chinese history, demanded that the investigators kneel before him. Wang said, that he’d become troubled by “procreating”, and his parents wouldn’t help him solve his problem, and that he’d believed, that by murdering the young girl could solve his problem.
The D.A. examined Wang’s medical records and found that other than going to the hospitals in 2010, 2014, he had NO other mental illness histories. The VMH diagnosis stated, that started in 2012, Wang started having paranoia and had started talking to himself, but, at the time when he’d murdered the young child, he was, quite aware of what he was doing, of sound state of mind.
As Wang was being investigated, he’d clearly stated, that he was at the wholesales mart to buy the chopping knife, took the officers and attorney through the processes, that he’d flipped through the walls of Sihu Elementary School, to find someone to kill, but someone had discovered him, that, was why he’d, victimized the three-year-old child.
Wang said, that after someone was decapitated, the individual would surely die, he knew, that after he’d murdered the young child, he won’t be able to escape from the law, and planned that if he wasn’t caught by then, he was going to turn himself into the police, to get a lenient sentence. Wang had been charged with drug abuse years before, and the D.A. told the police to get a urine sample, and it was negative for any illegal substances.
The D.A. thought, that Wang was cruel in murdering the young girl, and her mother had bore witness to how her own child rolled off into the distance, and will be accompanied by pain for the rest of her life, and this incident had sent the public into a frantic panic; Wang never showed signs of remorse, without a scent of regret, couldn’t be reformed, and so, the D.A. had asked the courts for the death sentence.
The child’s mother had stated on FB, “I don’t want people to use our story, to discuss whether or not they’re for or against the death penalty”. The D.A. stated, that at the time of interrogation, they’d already gotten the consensus of the issue of sentencing, the child’s mother didn’t have anything to say; and Wang’s parents had apologized profusely, on their son’s behalf.
So, this man DESERVES to D-I-E, and it still wouldn’t matter if he heard the voices on that day, and given his history of mental condition, it still didn’t excuse him for what he’d done to that little girl, and, because he was so cruel in murdering the child, that, was why he was sentenced to death, but, even after he dies, the families of the victim will still be in mourning, so, on the surfaces, yeah, justice seemed to be served, but, for real???? Nobody can say for certain.
