Chen who escaped with the murder weapon was caught by the police on the exit ramp for Freeway Four from Fengyuan, and the police took Chen to find the murder weapon at the crime scene, the head of detectives, Wu pointed out, that they will be at the crime scene, to reenact what had happened, to find out the causes of the murders, and how the murders were done.
The hacking occurred on Fuzi Street of Fengyuan District, the neighbor, an elderly, Chang said, with his heart still unsettled, that at around five in the afternoon yesterday, he’d heard arguing, saw Tsai run out onto the streets, covered in blood, “later on, the victim came to hide behind me, her hands were on my shoulder, shaking too hard, and my clothes was, covered in her blood.”

The thirty-seven year-old Tsai told the police, that yesterday, Chen was coming to her place to get his things, she’d found Chiang (age 58), her boyfriend, to drive along in his truck, but, as Chen saw them together, he’d first started arguing with them, then, hacked them both with a knife for harvesting.
Based off of investigations, Chen ran all the way from his own home, to the local guardian’s temple next door, and as the fire department and police arrived, he was already, nowhere to be found, after Chiang was taken to the hospital, he’d died there, and although Tsai was still conscious, she’d suffered multiple stab wounds, and, the paramedics were trying to save her life throughout the night.
The neighbors said, that Chen rented in the neighborhood for about a year, yesterday, they’d heard the arguments from two men and a woman, and saw that blood was everywhere on the street pavements, and on the tables and chairs of the close by Guardian’s Temple, there was, also blood everywhere.
The hospital of the Department of Sanitation that took Chiang in said, that his left elbow was severed off, and that there were separate knife wounds on his left and right calves, that after he’d arrived in the hospital, he had already stopped breathing, and he was declared dead, after the paramedics attempted to resuscitate him. The Tzu-Chih Hospital in Taichung said, that Tsai is lucid, but, her blood pressure dropped because of the multiple knife wounds, that late night yesterday, she was still in the OR.
The manager of the local subprecinct, Weng said, that a year ago, Tsai had an incident with Chen, the police believed them to be a dating couple.
And, because this man felt unfair, that the woman he’d invested so much emotions in had taken up with someone new, and they’d moved in together, at the residence where he and she used to live together in, and that, was probably why he’d acted so violently, and, there’s still NO breaking up amicably here…
