Do you not see those ghosts in the background, standing in, as your family said their “cheeses”? The portrait of a dysfunctional family, well, that covers, EVERY single household on the ENTIRE god DAMN planet, as NO family IS fully functional, otherwise, how would there be, so many psychokillers, rapists, as well as your assortments of them A+ criminals?
and no, it’s still NOT a dysfuctional family, it’s just an Average America family sitting together for a photo shoot…
And, all of those adults misbehaved because??? Oh yeah, they are mostly, out of broken homes, that failed in their functionalities, and, as I’d already “discussed” on my blogs before, the word root of “D-Y-S” means “away”, and therefore, the word, “dysfunctional” means??? Oh yeah, AWAY, from the NORMAL functioning.
And, so, if you want to see a really, really, REALLY D-Y-S-functional family, just call on ALL of your kin, to stand by you, in front of that large, oversized, dresser mirror at home………

The portrait of a dysfunctional family??? Been there, done THAT, and HIS dead mother still never got HER dying wish which was, for ALL of us, to pose in a group photo, just one big happy family!!! And no, there still will NEVER BE any family portraits, hanging from my household walls, unless you want to include the one with Emily in my god DAMN lap (oh wait, didn’t she already DIE??? Yup!!! So, that’s still, NEVER happenin’ here!!!), with my two “sons”, which I haven’t “gotten” yet, Andy and Milo (a Golden Retriever & an Irish Setter, and no, still haven’t decided which one will be which yet!!!), one on each side, saying C-H-E-E-S-E, for the CAMERA!!!
