The businessman, He-Ling Chang, in order to be with his girlfriend with whom he was having an affair with, Su, after Su’s consoling him, he’d taken ether to get his wife and children to pass out, then, turned on the gas, to create the scene to look like how his wife and children died of a gas leak. On the crimes of Chang, murdering his own two daughters, the courts gave him six death penalties, and the Highest Court in Taiwan, after the fifth retrial, believed that he still has some humanity left in him, gave him life in prison yesterday.
Chang’s mother-in-law, as she’d heard the verdict from the judge, couldn’t accept the results of his trial, she’d asked the three judges, ruling over the case, “Why did you change his death sentence to life in prison?”, as she was interviewed, she’d stated, that three people were dead because of this, why was her ex-son-in-law given such a lenient life sentence? She will definitely go for an appeal.
The Highest Courts belieed, that as Chang and his wife were negotiating the terms of their divorce, he’d not given up on the custody of his own daughters, that every opportunity he had, he’d gone to visit them, and after he’d murdered his own wife, he feared getting found, that, was why he’d decided to murder his own children too, that there was, a separate motive for why he’d murdered his own children.
And, based off of the psyc evaluations, the collective behavioral analysis that were done on Chang by the police, it’d shown, that there was, little chance that Chang will kill again, that if there was a proper system to reform, and the treatments available, then, he would have a chance, to change himself again.
The Collectivist Courts took into considerations, that although Chang claimed that it was his negligence which had caused his own daughter to die, denying having murdered his children, but, afterwards, he did show, signs of regret, with the posttraumatic symptoms, that Chang wasn’t completely a monster, that if he stays in prison long-term, he may form the correct kind of values toward life, and that, was why he was given the life sentence.
This murder occurred on the early morning of April 11th, 2006; on the part of Chang, murdering his wife, the courts gave him a set life sentence, and for Su, a ten-year sentence confirmed, which she is now, serving.
So, at the urging of your WHORE, you’d murdered your own wife, and your two young kids, and you’d gotten away from getting gunned down by the death penalty here, and now, you will live, with even HARDER life, you will get tortured every single day AND night of the rest of your life.
