Bad parenting behaviors here, from the Newspapers, translated…

A man, Shen was accused of throwing, shaking, and biting his just month-old newborn son, causing the infant to be covered with bruises, and started convulsing nonstop, the Taipei District Courts found Shen guilty of intentional harm to a child, gave him a six-month sentence, he could pay the fees and not serve the time, and the jail term should be served in three years, and after the confirmed delayed sentence, he’d needed to take a 20-hour parenting course. He can appeal for a lighter sentence still.

Shen’s son was born in August, 2014, as his son was just one month old, he’d started abusing the infant. The D.A. claimed, that before Shen took his son into the emergency rooms prior to October 26, 2014, the son already had bruising in his ears, bone fractures, and subdural hematoma, along with bleeding from his optical nerves too, after the hospital took the child in for treatment, they’d notified the authorities to report abuse, the D.A. indicted Shen, and in his trial, Shen pleaded guilty to child abuse.

The verdict found, that Shen has a history of violence, and had restraining orders on him, but after the courts rules, it’d been delayed, for the third time, until last July, did the judge place him on house arrest; Shen’s violence toward his own young son had damaged the child’s health, it’d also, affected his status as the rightful guardian of the infant, and had damaged the relationships in the family as well, but taken into considerations that he’d pleaded guilty, and, the judge gave him a delayed sentence, and during his probation, he’d needed to report to the police, and was banned from abusing his own child again.

Yeah, I’d like to see how that is going to get enforced, I mean, a man like this one should be tossed into jail and have the keys thrown out, because this time he was on trial, was still NOT the first time he’d hurt his own young infant son violently, and, if there’s a first, and a second time, then, you can surely BET, that there would also be, the highly, likelihood, of a THIRD, and even, a FOURTH, to the NTH times.
