It’s actually NOT that hard, wiping away, the traces of history, if you’re an authority and all, but for the rest of, normal folks, it takes, a lot, of hard work.
Wiping away, the traces of history, because you don’t want the pages of that big ol’ history book, to be, stained, with the blood from those you’d murdered, because you don’t want that etched-in-so-deep, marking on your souls, reminding you, of ALL the bad things you’d done.
if it were, only THAT simple to do…but, it isn’t!!!
Wiping away, the traces of history, wouldn’t that be nice, just, pretend, that NONE of it had happened, and then, we can, go about, living our lives, as if our lives never, crossed paths at all. Wiping away, the traces of history, unless you can find a way, to BRAINWASH all who’d been through the hard parts of history, and implant that false, but happier version of their FUCKED up pasts, you can’t, really, wipe away, the traces of history, NOT completely, at least………
Wiping away, the traces of history, then, how will we know, how it was, that we got to, where we currently are? How can we, make sure, that we don’t repeat the mistakes of others??? Oh wait, we can’t, because after we’d, wiped away, the traces of history, nothing remains, and, we’re all, bound to, make the EXACT same mistake we’d made a short while before, and thus, trap ourselves, in this god DAMN vicious cycle of our separate lives…
