This is the story of a school instructor, who’d incorporated modern-day technologies (b/c let’s face it, we are, living, in a HIGH-TECH world right now!!!), into the methods of how she’d educated her classes, from the Newspapers, translated…

and this, would be what that looks like…

The English instructor from the Zhongxing University’s high school department, Shih was the very first instructor who incorporated the international webcam conference sessions into her teaching methods. She said, the students in Taiwan are very educated, it’s just that they’d lacked a stage to shine on, and so, the program was used, to provide the students with a platform, which they can compare with students from other nations, to work with the students in other countries, and the students, through these interactions with people from foreign places understand, as they’d learned, that they have the competitive edge, to enter into the international world, “learn to have bigger dreams.”

In 2006, Ms. Shih and her husband, Lin started working together, and poured their fields of expertise in English and their instructional experiences into the program that they’d set up, to provide for the students, a multi-national environment, and her teaching methods had earned her the Teacher of the Year award, the Excellence in Teaching Methods, as well as the Power Instructors of Teaching Materials.

Shih stressed, that a lot of the schools now knew to use the webcam technologies to connect with the other schools internationally, but they’d only done that one, to two times per year, and, it would not have the effects the students would want to achieve in learning, and, the Across-the-World Webcam Instruction Plans can have up to thirty separate courses of international education, to set up this contiguous international learning environment for the students, that way, the purpose of international interaction in education would serve its purpose.

Shih and Lin both believed that currently the international education methods were mostly based off of the students going abroad, or having foreign instructors come here, but most of the students, because of the economics and time, couldn’t get the resources. But the webcam technologies had lowered the students’ requirements for getting involved with the educational methods from abroad, and each time, there can be up to 120 students who are able to, get involved in the classes, it would up the flexibility of the assigning of the resources, allowing for more and more students to gain the experiences.

And so, this female instructor had a vision, of helping her class enter into the world, and, she’d used the modern day advancements in technology, to make sure that her students gained the resources they would need, to become successful in their lives, and that, is the wonderful work of a teacher.
