There was an incident of physical discipline that got found out by the parents from the Da-Jong Elementary School in Taoyuan, a female homeroom teacher was accused by the parents, to force the male students to take off their pants, and also used her high-heels to physically punish the students, and had thrown her students’ backpacks, assignment books, she seemed to have troubles, managing her own emotions, and afterwards, she’d taught her students, to lie for her, to not tell anybody outside the class what she’d done. And, after the city councilman, Liu had gotten a call from the parents or the students, he’d demanded that the Department of Education look into the matter.
The Principal, Tien-Shou Cheng said, the instructor is in her forties, and put a lot of heart into teaching her classes on a regular basis, that her coworkers believed, that she’d only wanted the best for her students.
Liu stated, that this female instructor is placed in a classroom of first-year students, and she should’ve had more patience, but instead, she’d used her high-heels, to HIT the students, and pulled down the male student’s pants too, and afterwards, as she’d learned which student had tattled on her, she’d signed the student out, to retaliate, that this, was NOT the correct behaviors of a good school instructor.
The female instructor told, that she only made it look like she was going to hit the student, but didn’t really hit, nor had she, forcefully, pulled down the pants of her male students either, and that the reason why she’d locked her students in the bathrooms was because the students loved horse-playing in the water, that, was why she’d told them, to count to three-hundred before returning to the class, that she’d had the best of intentions, that it wasn’t physical punishment either.

The parents retold what the students told them, that the incident had, occurred, before the New Year’s holidays, back then, there was a male student who’d acted up in class who was told to stand at the back of the classroom for punishment, and as he was being punished, he’d kicked the student sitting in front of him, at the moment, the female instructor removed her high-heels and hit the student with it, then, in front of the rest of the class, she’d forcefully pulled down his pants, but, right then and there, she’d realized, that she’d done something improper, and immediately, pulled the pants up for him.
Afterwards, this female instructor told the class, “This, would be our secret, you can’t tell anybody, or, you will be, punished!”, and yet, some of the students kept it hovered up, some had told the parents about what’d happened, and, several parents had phoned up the instructor, and questioned what she did, and instead, the teacher too revenge out on the students. The very next day, she’d asked the entire class if anybody had told their parents about what happened on the previous day, that those who’d told their parents needed to get to the front of the class; many students were honest, and got on the podium, and were, screamed by her, and forced to apologize to the student whom she’d pulled the pants down from, it’d angered the parents, and they’d gone to the councilman, Liu.
The parents told, that they couldn’t accept the fact, that she’d told the students to lie, and that the honest students were punished, this would set a wrong example for the students, plus, actions speak louder than words, and this female instructor had become, the WORST example, she’d broken the most basic rule of honesty in education.
The Director of the Department of Education, Kao from Taoyuan said, that this female instructor had indeed, used the wrong methods to teach, and that he will be sending a school inspector to oversee the investigations, and if the accusations are true, then, he will take measures, and report to the related department of education.
You may have the best of intentions, but your methodologies were so totally off! You’d humiliated your students publicly, in front of the rest of his classmates, and that’s EXACTLY like what happened in my elementary years, when that female instructor had, slapped each and every one of us, when we’d talked in class, or when we’d done something that we weren’t supposed to, in front of EVERYBODY else in the class, and this, would surely, DAMAGE the student that’s for certain.
