If the Teachers are Teaching, Only for that Paycheck, How Could They Know What the Students Wanted

The observations made from the world, written by an education, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

Mother Teresa once said, “Love, is seeing one’s own responsibilities in other people’s needs.” The writer had gone to the distant areas to lecture, and heard one of the students said this, and, I’d wanted to add on, that: when the heart is calm, collected and quieted, it’s the best time to learn, changing the thoughts and beliefs, the lively ways of instructing became a script acted out on stage, and, it’d made the audiences’ hearts pitter-patter, and the audience couldn’t take their eyes off the performers, but, as the extravagant moments returned back to peacefulness, I’d still needed to work on memorizing my time tables, to finish those four arithmetic problems assigned to me, to learn how to write out—long ears, my last name is Wang, and the Chinese character for “listening” and “hearing” that has a total of fourteen strokes. As the teachers came and went, went and came, from the rows, making us realize, that nothing is staying the same in life, it’d upped our ability to adapt to the changes in the world, it’s not bad at all. It’s just, that the adults always thought, that money solves the problems of bringing education to the distant areas, in actuality, without the passions, that sense of duty, the teachers who were there, for the sake of just money, they’d not left anything imprinting onto the students’ minds, slid through the surfaces of our lives, but they’d, taken away what was the most beautiful moment in our lives.

Yes, based off of my experiences, the first year could run by passion, the second year, it’s that sense of duty, and we’d needed to, overcome the belief of having that life-long retirement pension. In the elementary years, one of the teachers who came to sub for my class, used just ONE week, with the methods of relay, taught the entire class to memorize a passage in an ancient text, if a teacher felt that sense of a calling, then, the instructor will know what the children are lacking, what s/he should be teaching, what s/he should reinforce on, and even, how to help root down the lessons to start off with.

Being able to lay down the tracks to learning in the distant areas, so the instructor who came afterwards can know where to pick up teaching, that, should be the PRIMARY focus of education in the distant areas. And the passions, and sense of duty from the school instructors, played the most vital role in this process, and the amount that the instructor put into teaching, is exactly how much the students are picking up in learning; otherwise, the children will learn to chase what wasn’t real enough for them, and, they’d gotten all their wings clipped off, with that longing, to soar high above the skies, and, how can we gain that competitive edge as a country internationally? And this problem exists, not just in the education of children in the distant or the tribal areas.

So here, the mindset that the instructor carries to teaching the class is the most important thing that will either help the students learn and master the lessons being taught, and that’s just it, although there are, a TON of teachers with the zest, the passions for teaching, and a lot of them are now, marching into the distant regions here, to provide quality education for the children from these places, but, it’s still NOT quite enough, that only the school instructors are working toward the goals of bringing education to the children, the government also needs to take part in it too, in order, to make sure, that EVERY single child from ALL over the country gets EXACTLY what s/he is needing, from the system of education, and the current education system still can’t quite provide that yet…
