Because there’s NO way of “reforming” him, that, was why the D.A. asked for the DEATH PENALTY for him, and he DESERVED it too!!! From the Front Page Sections, translated…
The men, Weng who’d committed arson that caused six deaths, five injured at his parents’ house on New Year’s Eve, he’d claimed that he’d been planning on it a long time, yesterday, the Taoyuan District Attorney’s Office prosecuted him based off of arson and murder charges, and the D.A. thought, that he used extreme measures, that he’d nearly, took out ALL members of his family, that he’d not shown any remorse, that there was, NO way of ever reforming him, suggested to the judge to give him the death penalty.
After this arson, the Weng’s household became unoccupied; the neighbors told, that every now and then, they’d heard the dogs left behind by the family, crying out at night, and nobody DARES go close to their home now. The family members who survived after learning, they’d sighed, “We’re a family”, and refused to talk any further about this family tragedy.
The investigative officers found, that Weng (age 50, in custody right now) was the youngest of his family, his four older brothers, and two older sisters were all very successful in their separate workplace, only he still worked as a farmer. As Weng lost money in investments, his older siblings had helped him through the hard times, and so, when it came time to split up the assets, they’d naturally, given him less, and he’d gotten angered by this and started having altercations with his family.
On New Year’s Eve this year, February 6th, Weng bought twenty liters of gasoline, and poured the gas into bottles, milk cartons, along with other sorts of containers, and waited until the next evening, when the family was there, enjoy their New Year’s meal, he’d poured the gas into the yard of his parent’s home, then, entered into the house, and started, throwing the gas onto members of his family, and started a fire using rolled up newspapers, and all of a sudden, the house was in flames, Weng’s parents, nephew, his nephew’s wife, and the nurse’s aide couldn’t make it out, and all died in the fire, the niece suffered third degree burns covering ninety-percent of her body, and she’d died in the hospital, and there were, five other relatives who’d suffered the burns too.
And so, money WAS what caused this man to murder his family, and, it’s all because this LOSER failed to realize, that his family had helped him from before, he’d just believed, that he’d gotten, lesser than his “cut” of the parents’ inheritances, which caused him to murder his own family members.
