The Perpetrator Bought a Chopping Knife at a Wholesale Place
The unemployed Wang (age 33) currently lives with his parents, the family told, that he’d once gone to the psychiatrist’s office, but Wang denied having been diagnosed with anything, and after he was arrested, he’d ranted, “I need to procreate, I want to find me a girl from Sichuan!”, the police investigated, that three hours prior to the murder, he’d gone to a wholesales place in Neihu to buy a chopping knife, and right after he’d arrived home, he’d gone out with the knife again, and, wandered around for an hour at the crime scene, then, acted on his impulses.
Based off of understanding, Liu and her husband had four children, the victim, the second child (nicknamed “light bulb” by her family) has an older sister who was nine, younger twin siblings, two days ago, the parents took their older children to Hualien for the remembrances of their deceased loved ones, and the younger twins were left in the care of the maternal grandparents, yesterday, the maternal grandparents took the twins home up north, and Liu’s mother took “light bulb” to the MRT station to pick up her younger siblings, and on the way there, she was decapitated and murdered by Wang.
Waited for the Young Child’s Scooter to Get Stuck on the Road, and Killed Her
Yesterday at around eleven in the morn, Liu’s mother took her daughter from their home in Huanshan Road in Neihu to head out, was arriving to the Sihu Station to pick the younger siblings up, and as they walked past Sihu Elementary School, they were zoomed in by Wang, as they’d passed a restaurant a little away from the school, “Little Lightbulb’s” scooter was stuck on the sidewalk, back then, Liu was behind her, only about a meter away.
Wang grabbed the child’s head from the back with his right arm, with the left, using that chopping knife, killed the young child in brutality, Liu’s mother hollered out, “HELP!”, and, attempted to put Wang away from her daughter, but he’d pushed her off, and then, Wang squatted down, and chopped the young girl’s head off, and, the child’s head and her body were separated, her head rolled to over the gutter hole about a meter away, and, as the workers in the garage from the opposite side of the streets heard the mother’s cries for help, they ran outside, and, subdued Wang, but, it was, already too late.
The Sihu Subprecinct of the Neihu Substation officers came quickly to the scene, Wang had been subdued by the public, and Liu’s mother was melting down, and afterwards, as the father and grandfather of the child rushed to the scene and saw, they’d both, fallen down to the pavement and started crying hard too.
Wang was taken to the subprecinct, his urine sample taken, and it’d shown NO drug reactions. A lot of the local residents gathered outside, and, as the police was about to take him to the substation, the moment they walked him to the doorway of the subprecinct, it’d caused a riot, a lot of the people pointed at Wang, started cussing him out, called him, “Monster”, “Scum”, and some even said, “Don’t use the law on this sort of TRASH!”
Liu’s Mother Screamed Out for Help Endlessly
The car repair shop owner, Liu said, at first, his older brother heard the screams for help, at first, they’d thought it was someone getting into a fistfight outside of their shop, but, shortly afterward, he and his older brother, as well as a mechanic saw Wang rode on the scooter, as he’d dragged the young girl, Liu toward the ground, with a chopping knife in hand, started hacking down on the young girl’s neck, and Liu’s mother kept hollering out for help, and they saw the young girl’s blood coming out of her neck.
He said, the three of them reacted instantly, took the tools in the car repair shop, ran over to the opposite side of the street, but by the time they got there, the young girl’s neck had already been, severed.
The lead mechanic was there first, immediately, he’d taken the knife from the suspect, threw it onto the floor, the owner, Hsu and his older brother immediately came afterwards, and the three of them were able to pin the suspect to the ground.
The owner, Hsu said, that it was in an instant, that the suspect had, murdered the child, that they’d not have enough time to think, and as they’d realized that something was wrong, they’d run over, but it was still, too late.
Before the Murder, Wang was Stumbling and Wandering Around
He’d said, that at first, the mother started screaming out loud for help, and waited until the murderer was subdued, she saw how awfully her daughter was murdered, she’d become, shocked to dumbfounded, kept mumbling to herself, “We were just passing by, we were, just passing by………” it’d caused the bystanders feel really sad.
After the murder happened, the owner, Hsu told the reporters again and again, “Stop inquiring, seeing that scene, I just, can’t deal with it anymore!”
The worker at a nearby diner said, an hour before the murder, he saw the perpetrator wandering about, then, he’d heard a woman cry out “help!”, and a few of the pedestrians rushed over, he did too, he thought it was just a man, sexually harassing a woman, but as he ran toward the scene, he saw the child lying on the pavement, and the man had a knife in his hand, and was subdued by multiple bystanders.
If He’d Made it into an Elementary School, the Damages Would’ve Been Unimaginable
The police reviewed over the surveillance footage, and found, that before the murder of the young child, the perpetrator had attempted to flip over the walls to get into Sihu Elementary School, but a passerby had caught him, so, he’d given up on the thought.
The first officer from the subprecinct who came to the scene said, that he’d found blood splattered all over, and the child’s head was severed from her body, it took him a few seconds, to overcome the shock, “I’d worked as a police officer for twenty years, and never had I seen something so horrific”, and that if the perpetrator had made his way into the nearby elementary schools, it would be, unimaginable.
So, this, is the tragic case, of a young girl who was attacked at random, and murdered by a PSYCHO, and it’d still happened, to someone’s child, and this child was murdered, in a very brutal manner, and now, this loser will be charged, and probably get shot, because he doesn’t deserve to live, even IF he was having a psychosis, and, insanity won’t work this time!
