Staying Up in the Nights Long-Term, Not Engaging in Enough Physical Activities, Plus the Consumptions of Junk Foods and the Stimuli from Outside, Causing Fatigue Easily and the Circulation Problems, Causing Laziness in the Brains
There’s now, an influx of high-tech gadgets, a lot of kids, the moment they stepped in the house after school started turning on the televisions, sliding on the cell phones, and that iPads too, for most kids, the best thing that they can engage in when they’re at home is watching television and playing video games, especially during the longer holidays, they’d stay up all night long, and played through their vacation time, without knowing, that this sort of activities can cause how the brain works to change, even affect their abilities to learn new things.
The brain in the organ that’s latest to develop fully in the human body, until into the twenties, would the developments be completely finished, this organ that’s about 1400 grams, needed to exhaust a total of twenty-percent of the person’s regular oxygen intake. And once kids started staying up all night, becoming sleep-deprived, not only would they keep an irregular schedule, and when their day-to-day activities are of the quieter sorts, and that after school or on the weekends, they’d had too much unhealthy foods such as those high in sugar, fried items, plus having too much stimulation from the multimedia’s sounds and images, and, this long-term multitasking will cause the brain to become lethargic.
and yeah, this may be exaggerating a bit, but hey, it could happen…
For instance, in activities such as watching television and playing video games, because the brain received too many immediate feedbacks (when you’d passed a level, you’d have the excitement from the screens in forms of rewards, and in order to get your rewards from reading, you’d needed to spend more time reading to get it), causing the brain to secret insufficient amount of dopamine; plus watching television or getting too into the high-tech gadgets long-term, keeping the body in one single position can cause the back muscles to become too tired, along with having bad circulation in your body, and thus, reducing the blood flow to the brains, and when there’s not enough serotonin, you will show signs of lack of patience and losing control, causing you to become more and more unhappy.
And so, these are just a FEW downsides of using your high-tech gadgets, and, it would be, unavoided, to keep your kids away from these high-tech things, as they’re ALL over the places, and, it’d become, so prevalently used as a babysitter, as you only need to POP that kid in front of a screen, turn on the cartoons, the shows, or, having your kid watch you while you play your Candy Crush or whatever, and, the kid quiets down, which is why, more and more parents are choosing to have their high-tech gadgets as babysitters!
