A man, Kuo had a daughter from his extramarital affair, his wife was emotionally distraught, she’d once sued the “spare wheel”, Chuang for obstruction of family, and afterwards, she’d fought hard, for her husband’s sake, for the custody of his illegitimate child; Chuang believed, that Kuo and his was were only looking to break her and her daughter apart.

In 2012, because of an online game, Kuo met Chuang, the beautician, and they’d gone to the motels and had sex together, the following year, she’d given birth to a daughter, and texted Kuo’s wife, “You will face the truth sooner or later!”, and, after Kuo’s wife learned that her husband was unfaithful to her, she’d pressed for the obstruction of family charges against them, two years ago, the courts gave Chuang a five months’ sentence.
And Chuang had wanted Kuo to acknowledge that her daughter was his blood, and the confirmations from the DNA tests already asserted it, and, Kuo was willing to, allow his own illegitimate daughter to be accepted as a part of his family, but hoped that his daughter could live with him, and his wife supported his decisions too, but Chuang refused to give up the custody of her child, Kuo filed a claim for the custody, and Chuang had asked the courts to toss it back.
“It’s hard for me to imagine what would happen”, Chuang stressed, Kuo’s wife is under mental duress, and the reason why she’d fought for the custody of her husband’s illegit was for the sake of revenge, to separate her and her daughter, plus, for the two years since her daughter was born, her father hadn’t shown an inkling of care or concern for her, and the other family members were also, very hostile toward the child, that it will affect her as she grows up.
Kuo and his wife believed, that Chuang was using her daughter as a tool, texted messages to harass them, threated to destroy other people’s perfect marriage, “how would she possibly give the right kinds of values to the child?”, Kuo’s wife believed, that if Chuang’s daughter could come home and live with them, her family would be more complete.
The Family Courts of Hsinbei City believed, that Kuo’s wife started the adultery claims against Chuang, and asked the courts to make her pay for the civil claims, as well as repossessed Chuang’s properties, that clearly, she’d shown the signs of “serious hostility”, and that if she gets to care for the young girl, the child may show signs of dissonance toward her own birth mother. Plus, Chuang showed no problems, in areas of being a mother, education of her own child, and her home front was well too, and that since the daughter was born, she’d been left in her care, and, based off of the “smallest change” rules, as well as the “young children should be with their mothers” belief, the judge ruled that Chuang will have custody over her own daughter.
And so, maybe, the wife wanted to get the custody of her husband’s illegitimate child for the sake of revenge, after all, a woman doesn’t easily get OVER the fact, that her husband had, cheated on her, and had an illegitimate child with another woman, and so, the judge ruled, that the custody of this man’s illegit will go to his spare wheel, because the woman can provide for herself, as well as the child, and, she’d set up a good home front for her own daughter to be raised in.
