Deng felt that something was off, she’d turned her head and looked, found Bing was smiling, foolishly, and was flashing his penis at her, she was shocked and reported the incident to the driver, Liu, told him to call the cops. As Deng was asked to give her statement, she’d told, that Bing wasn’t ranting on the bus as if he was drunk, he was articulate, and the officers came to the bus to help with the investigations, and found that he’d not yet lost his ability to make judgments after he’d had some alcohol.
The D.A. prosecuted him based off of public indecency, and asked the courts to rule on the matter quickly. The judge took into considerations that Bing was an Indonesian fisherman, after the incident, he was fired, and he’d had a good attitude, gave him thirty days in jail, which he could pay his way out of serving the time.
Wow, because you’d had a “good attitude” after you’d tried to sexually molest a woman in public, you’d gotten away, with nothing MORE than a slap on your wrist, does that sound just? Of course N-O-T, and, who’s to say, that this FLASHER won’t do something similar, or something WORSE the next time around? I mean, this time, he’d used the “oh, I was drunk” card to get away, who’s to say, that he won’t do it again another time???
