He Has a Calf Fetish, Reached, It Got Him a Fifty Thousand Dollar Fine

A man, Liu touched the female students’ calves on campus, and was fined by the legislations by the Social Service Departments for sexual harassment I the amount of $50,000N.T.s. Liu believed, that calves aren’t “private areas” of the body, and besides, as he was touching the female student’s calf, she’d not wavered or moved away, he’d felt unfair of the judgments, and brought up a claim to fight the rulings; the judge pointed out, that Liu suddenly touched the female student’s calf, caused the victim to feel offended, uncomfortable, and fearful too, that it’d already, broken the laws to prevent sexual harassments, tossed back his asking to have the fines dismissed.

The verdict pointed out, a female student on the 30th of April of last year, while talking with a friend on campus, Liu started wandering in front of her, and stared at her too, in the end, he’d reached his arms out, to touch her calves, and the classmate sitting close by to her asked him, “what do you want?”

The female student said, she saw Liu wandering in front of her, and thought, that he’d mistaken her for someone else, then, found him staring at her shoulder and feet, and thought it was, weird, and he’d reached out to touch her calf; she felt very scared and thought it was abnormal that a stranger would touch her calf, and she’d decided to call the police.

Liu said, that the calves aren’t considered private areas of one’s body, back then, the female student was sitting on top of the short wall, and he’d just touched her calf, wanted to meet her, to treat her to food, that he’d not shown any signs of him being turned on by her at all. Liu believed that getting fined $50,000N.T. was too pricy and wanted to settle with the female student with just $10,000N.T.

The judge said, that out of the blue, Liu touched the female student’s calf, clearly, showed how disrespectful he was of her and her body. That in order to sexual harassment charges to stand up in court, it’s not based off of the offenders’ intents, but on how the victims felt, and the judge believed, that Liu’s behaviors constituted as sexual harassment.

And so, we still have here??? Oh yeah, another LOSER who couldn’t keep HIS hand to himself, and, it’s clear to see, that this LOSER has a sort of a calf fetish, and, he’d attempted to weasel his way from being punished for grabbing the college student’s legs, and the judge wouldn’t allow him to slide.
