The CEO of Les Enphants Returned Back to the Workforce, to Teach People How to Be Parents

Words of his experiences, now he’s passing the wisdom out, from the Newspapers, translated…

The founder of Les Enphants returned to the workforce again, this time, he’d planned to pass the concepts of “how to be parents” into a new career path, and his targeted market isn’t just for Taiwan, he’d set his sights to China too.

There are 1.6 million children being born each and every year in China, and since the government opened up the one-child-policies at the start of this year, Lin called this trend, “Manmade Baby Boom”, and, all of these infants will become the determinants of which way the world will turn, a very important generation. He said, the parents in China treated their young like invaluable treasures, “How to Educate the Younger Generation” becomes the focus of the market economy there.

Two years after Lin retired, yesterday, he’d taken alone her daughter’s son and daughter, and declared that his new career of “Parenting Session” about to start, he will be transmitting what he’d learned and encountered in the past forty-three years, and turn “How to become parents” into a brand new business venture, and he’ll be holding the lecture sessions himself, he will be, the primary lecturer of “Parenting Session”.

“Being parents is not natural born, it’s a process of learning”, Lin pointed out, that from a conducted survey, it’d shown, that the seventy-percent of the opinions parents sought out are from online, it’d shown how there’s a lack in real-life, hands-on parenting training. He said, that parents from both sides of the straits had, saved up the resources for their young, “how to be parents”, these sorts of needed data had become, the most asked-for “product” I the future of the baby market economy.

Lin stated, that five years ago, he’d already planned to retire in 2014, and, he’d observed how the parents shopped, and started developing the new career of children education, he’d found the experts of the areas, the medical expertise, the educators, edited and wrote out the materials for teaching, after three years of preparations, last year, he’d held the experimental sessions of “Parenting Sessions”, and this April, the school is open formally.

The funny thing being, that Lin has his unique read on how the changes of birth and raising the younger generations. He said, forty-five years ago, when he’d started Les Enphants, he’d categorized the mothers as “ordinary”, buying the best of everything for their young; later on, the mothers became “gentle and elegant”, with a small sense of themselves, other than raising their young, they’d needed the spare times for themselves too; and now, the mommies had marched into “Online-Shopping Mommies”, all the information the ladies wanted to find out on childrearing, buying of the products for their children, all searched online.

Les Enphants in recent years, is going through the “changes”, the 1600 and more shopfronts in Taiwan and China are all undergoing renovations, connected with the online shopping platforms, to fit the needs of the spending habits of modern day parents.

So, this man is going with the flow, and, as modern day people placed more and more focus on keeping their children well, that, is where this man saw a market, and, he’d ventured into it, and hopefully, it’s going to, pay off, and, I’m pretty sure it will, as parents are prone, to want to provide what’s best for their young.
