This man is not actually holding the sun, but it surely does look like it, doesn’t it???
Thoughts on being elderly, translated…
We’d often heard the elderly population complaining of how high their blood pressures rose, how their glucose is high, getting themselves into a bad mood, it’s also, hard on their families as well. Actually, so long as you watch your diets, adjust your moods, or head to the doctors for a physical, it’ll be fine. Keeping oneself locked up at home, worrying endless about it is of no use at all.
Like at our age, it’d be natural, to receive the notices of death of our old friends, recalling how the two of us were back then, naturally, I’d, felt saddened, and felt depressed too. But at this time, if we can switch to an alternative angle, the situation is, totally different then. If the friend who’d died is a Christian, we knew, that he’d gone to the heaven that the Heavenly Father had prepared for them; and if the person isn’t Christian, then, it might help us to look back and see, if we’d owed something to someone, and try to put more heart into interacting with the old friends who are still living, then, we’d have, no more regrets.
We’d often get emotional, because of the things that happened so suddenly, or that we’d encountered something, heard something, that roused up our emotions. On some of the things, just switch to an alternative angle to examine it, seeing thing on the brighter side, then, it’d be, no big deal at all. So many times, we only managed to see what’s troubling ourselves, and not what’s troubling others, such a shame.
Of course, all of these sounded so easy, but, if you put them all into action, it’d be, harder. But, so long as we keep on having the faith, then, we shall be able to, adjust our mindsets, and find back the right way to look forward in our lives.
Dear friends, let’s, share this wonderful experience with all our friends, I believe, that they will find their peace too.

So, this, is an elderly, transferring the wisdom he’d found in his own life to the other people, as his own friends get older like him, they’re faced with the issues of dying, falling ill, but, he’s telling them, to trust one’s own life to lead where one is supposed to go, and, they will be okay.
