A Chinese-Japanese biracial man was hired by a couple, to tutor their four children and babysit for them at the same time, he’d gotten along well with the family, as the family went to Japan to travel, the couple had even asked him to come along as a tour guide. But, on the trip, the male tutor took the chance to rate the then nine-year-old son, took photos of him nude, and had sexually molested his two younger brothers multiple times too, the male tutor was sentenced to fourteen years in prison for sure. The victims asked for payments for the damages he’d done, the Shihlin District Court believed that he’d affected the children from developing normally in the mental sense, mandated that he’d needed to pay them $1.4 million N.T.s.
The father of the male tutor (age 30) was Japanese, but he’d grown up in Taiwan, he was a Japanese language major when he was in college. He was fluent in English AND Japanese, and put himself up online as a children’s tutor, the victim children’s father searched online, and asked him to look after his three sons and one daughter. He took care of the kids six days a week, they’d lived together for a while, and, the children are attached to him, later on, as the kids went to Canada to study, and returned here for the summers and around Christmas, the couple had called the male tutor to take care of the children too.
In 2011, when the family traveled to Japan, the couple asked the male tutor along, on the night they stayed in Fukuoka, he’d raped their eldest son, later on, he’d gotten into the habits of scratching their oldest son’s pubic area, and stuck things up the boy’s anus. In August of 2013, the parents invited the tutor to a restaurant to dine, but he’d shown their eldest son’s nude photos to other students, the eldest was made fun of and started to cry. The father realized that something wasn’t quite right with him, after asking all three of his sons, he’d learned, that the male tutor had done bad things to them. The eldest cried, that if he’d told, the teacher will “scratch open my testicles and kill my whole family.”
The male tutor denied having raped the boys, but the parents had wanted the pressures of the laws, to force him into therapy and to punish him severely, they’d asked for three million dollars. The courts investigated, that the eldest son was becoming more and more feminine, and the other two children had, touched each other’s pubic areas for play, the judge believed that the crimes he’d committed had affected the psychological, mental, and sexual cognitions.
And, imagine how much this had gone on, until it finally got found out, and what’s worse was this man’s attitude, he didn’t think what he’d done was wrong, and, fourteen years in prison, plus the payments are still NOT going to be enough punishment, because the kids are already damaged, and, it will take them a very long time to recover from this, if they are going to be able to recover fully from it, and we still don’t know if they will, so, how’s the payment of three million dollars enough??? It isn’t!
