A Man Abused His Own Three-Year-Old Daughter for Bedwetting to Death, Buried the Body, and Seven Years Later, He’s Now, Confessing to What He Had Done

A man in Hsinbei City, Wen-Ji Jiang was unhappy about how his own three-year-old daughter constantly wetted her bed, he’d, beaten her to death, buried her corpse in the mountainous regions for seven years. Two years ago, when Jiang entered into jail, that, was when he’d confessed, that he’d, “murdered my own daughter”. The Hsinbei District Courts found him guilty of abuse to death, and some other charges, sentenced him to serve an eight-year-six-months sentence; his wife, Yeh had, assisted with the disposing of her own child’s body, she was found guilty of discarding the body, and sentenced to six months in jail.

The detectives two years ago, in the Shimen mountainous regions in Tucheng, found a suitcase and plastic gloves for disposing of the body, and because it was so long ago, the body was decomposed already, only three broken pieces of the bones remained, and they couldn’t test the DNA, the case was at a deadlock. And still, Jiang had, pleaded guilty, and his wife’s statements corresponded, the courts found them guilty yesterday, the case can still be appealed, however.

The police department investigated that Jiang (age 37) married his wife, Tsai back in 2003, had En-En, and because he was physically abusive and had affairs, Tsai filed for divorce the very next year, but Jiang had gained custody of the child. Back in 2005, he remarried Yeh, had two sons with her, and back then, the family got listed as high-risk.

On one evening in August in 2007, because En-En wet her bed, Jiang got angered, and in the spurt of the moment, he’d raised a broom and hit her over the head multiple times, ordered her, “Go pee in the bathrooms”, then, smacked her on the back of the head and the neck again, En-En started bleeding internally, and fell limp to the floors, and went into shock, then, died.

But Jiang didn’t call it in, instead, he’d changed his daughter into a dress, placed her into a suitcase, the very next morning, bright and early, rode his motorcycle, and took the suitcase to a secluded pass in the mountains, dug up a hole with his hands, buried her body; Yeh was pregnant back then, she helped buried the body with her firstborn son in her arms too.

And because Tsai’s daughter was never registered for school, back in 2003, she reported her child as missing, and asked for help to find her. The police two years ago in October, passed the case to the District Attorney’s Office, and they’d called Jiang who was already serving time into question. At their fifth meet, Jiang finally admitted to murdering his own daughter by force, and took the detectives and the officers to the site where he’d buried her, and dug up the remains. And Tsai was told, of the tragic death of her own daughter, and was in deep grief.

Jiang claimed, that he didn’t have a stable source of income working as a carpenter, he had a ton of pressures, couldn’t keep his daughter, and he got angered at how she’d wetted her bed again, that, was why he’d hit her. And the youngest son from Jiang’s remarriage also turned up missing to, he’d told the police that he’d “sold him”, but can’t tell them the details of what happened exactly, the investigating officers worried that the youngest son may also have been murdered too, they’re starting a new investigation on the matter.

And so, we still have a BAD father who got angry, at his daughter, wetting her bed, and, for those of you who don’t know it yet: bedwetting is usually a sign of stress, and this loser finally caved, because he was tortured by his own guilty conscience, for murdering his own young child, and for what?
