His Mother Had, Persisted, and Found “New Testimonies”, the Marine Huang, Beaten, Before He Died

Abuse in the army, to death, and now, the mother of this deceased man had found the new evidence, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

The mother of the already deceased navy officer, Huang from the Nanyang Fleet of the Navy, Chen posted on Facebook, “Twenty years later, the case of my son, navy officer, Guo-Chang Huang’s death had new evidences, which proved, that the Navy had, concealed all the evidences”, Chen pointed out, “Truth, is finally mine, as a persistent mother for twenty years.”, she’d stated, that she will head over to the commander of the naval forces tomorrow, to disclose to them what she’d discovered.

The case of the naval officer, Huang’s falling into the oceans and drowning to death was reopened for investigation to the D.A.s office in Kaohsiung, the family members found that there’s a document of unpublicized interview with a draft dodger, that the day before Huang was missing, he was brutalized in the kitchen on the fleet, was hung up, and had his feet, burned by the heated green bean soup, for which, Huang started crying on the floors for.

The Naval Forces Had Agreed, to Help Out with the Investigations

The directing department of the Naval Forces stated, that the Navy upholds its never lying, never playing favorites, not allowing anybody to hurt anybody, and are willing to, assist, in all matters of the investigation to get to the truth. The case had gotten a new lease by the complaints committee in 2014, the naval forces will be sorting through the documents, the testimonies, and handing the materials over, and the committees will then, decide if reinvestigation was necessary, and the data from the testimonies were, provided by the navy.

Huang went missing on June 9th, 1995, back then, the Navy told, that it was because he couldn’t withstand the pressures that he’d committed suicide by jumping into the oceans, then, changed their statements to he was a deserter, and that the older servicemen were merely, using a more forceful method in transmitting what the rookies needed to learn, that they’d ruled the Nanyang Fleet within the realms of accepted disciplines. After Huang went missing, his body floated to the Chinese coastlines where it was, fished up. Although Chen suspected that her son had been abused by the older service mates on the fleets, but, the Navy insisted that abuse didn’t happen.

Through her attorney, Chen found the records of the commander-in-chief of the Navy’s interview of a deserter, with the claims of how Huang had been beaten brutally before he died on record. Chen said, that she’d once asked for confirmation of this fact from the man who oversaw the process of investigating her son’s death, Chao told her he’d never seen such a report, otherwise, he would’ve gotten the truth out no matter what.

Chen believed, now that this piece of vital evidence had been brought to light, it meant, that the armed services department may be responsible for concealing the evidence, that Huang had been, abused, and that the Service Department should publicly apologize to Huang as well as his family.

The case of the second mate, Huang’s death in the Nanyang Naval Fleet, after the Kaohsiung District Attorney’s Office had, looked into the matter, last August, they’d prosecuted the fleet master, Feng for involuntary manslaughter, pointed out that back then, Feng had realized that one of his men was missing, and there were members onboard who’d pointed to how they saw Huang’s hat floating on the seas, but Feng didn’t stop the fleet and start conducting a search for him, delayed the time of rescue, was responsible for involuntary manslaughter.

As for the family’s accusation of how the navy didn’t publicly disclose the records of the interviews of the witnesses proved that the day before Huang’s death, he did get abused; the Head District Attorney of the Kaohsiung District Attorney’s Office, Yuan-Guan Huang pointed out, that if there are new evidences that came into light, then, the D.A. will surely, look further into the matter.

And so, this case that was in the darkness for two decades had finally started to get resolved, and, this still just showed, how the armed services are willing to, conceal the evidences that are against them, after all, what would it say about a country, if the country’s armed services departments had been confirmed, to have such incidences of abuse? Not good, and which was why, the army had, swept this case underneath that big ol’ rug, until the mother that won’t give up on pursuit of justice for her own son’s death had finally, raised the red flag on the matter.
