The Young Boy Who’d Died from Being Beaten Showed Subdural Hematoma, Was Suspected of Being Beaten on the Head with a Blunt Object

This would be, the “follow-up” report from yesterday??? From the Newspapers, translated…

The young boy, Liu who was abused by his father’s cohabiting boyfriend died on the way to the hospital yesterday, the Shihlin District Attorney’s Office had asked for an autopsy to be conducted, and verified that the cause of his death was blunt force injuries causing subdural hematoma, they’d not ruled out the blunt force injuries on his head. Although Liu’s father was listed as a defendant too, but he was also the birthfather, and, based off of the rules, he’d needed to be present at the time of his own son’s autopsy, he and his son’s birthmother, Lin met at the city morgue, they’d not exchanged anything, no glances, no words at all; the birthmother, Lin’s tears had run dry, after the autopsy, she’d taken her own son’s body home, and vowed to “get sole custody over my daughter”.

The thirty-four year-old Liu after divorcing his wife, the custody of his eldest son was granted to his ex-wife, and he’d dated Lin and Liu, and the two women gave him two more children; a month ago, Liu moved to a steel roofed shack on Yangming Mountain, and left his four kids to Liu (age 29). The young boy who’d died was from his relationship with Lin, and his older sister was also found with burn marking on her body by the social workers who’d intervened, and was already being treated at the hospital.

A few days ago, when in the interrogation rooms, Liu told, “I’d not had my menstrual cycle for a month now, and the result of my home pregnancy test was ‘positive’,” hoped that the D.A. wouldn’t keep her in custody because she’s pregnant. The D.A. believed, that Liu couldn’t produce the paperwork proving that she’d been examined by an OBGYN who’d confirmed that she was pregnant, that even IF she was, already a month into her pregnancy, it still doesn’t give her the advantage of not being taken into custody, and they’d considered that she’d beaten a child to death and was at flight risk, the judge approved the D.A.’s request of taking her into custody. Although Liu claimed that she’d beaten the young boy “who’d refused to finish up his meals” with the long bathroom cleaning brush, but there were signs of subdural hematoma in the young boy’s skull, and they’re not ruling out that he was attacked by a blunt object, or that someone rammed his head onto the floors.

The children of Lin who was under Liu’s custody were brutally abused, but she’s not able to keep them, her parents are also both dead, she’d lived with her siblings. The Shihlin Branch of the Victims of Crimes Foundation stepped in, and promised that she will receive the counseling she’d needed, and will accompany her to court as well. Lin said, that since Liu had intervened into her and Liu’s relationship, Liu had left with their young, and kept him from her, she’d not seen her own son in one year; she’d hated Liu for murdering her son, and feared for her own daughter’s safety as well, she’d wanted to be with her daughter right now.

And so, this little boy had, clearly, DIED from the abuse of his own father’s girlfriend, and now, there’s also, another little girl who is still in danger, because the father has the custody over both these children, and one had been beaten to death already, no wonder the birthmother of these children is now, really worried.
