And, what had, confirmed these young girls’ experiences was a POLYGRAPH, believe it or don’t, from the Front Page Sections, translated…
A pair of ten-year-old girls because their foster parents were out, they were, sent twice, to another foster family, the Wangs, for temporary placement, where they were supposed to have been forced into sexual activities or molested by the sixty-something man, Wang. As the Social Services Department was about to place these young girls at the Wang’s a third time, the child called out to help to her school teacher. Wang claimed that it was because he’d not given them enough allowances to spend, that, was why they were, making the accusations, but he’d not passed the polygraph administered to him, yesterday, he was prosecuted by the D.A.’s offices on forced sexual behaviors, and some other charges.
The Hsinbei City’s social services department manager said, that the girls are already being placed in alternate facilities, and are now, being counseled. Wang and his wife are both retired, and had good household economics, five years ago, they passed the tests, and became a foster family, and the children who were placed in their household showed NO signs of abuse; and after the family was accused, they’d withdrawn from the foster care programs already, and if the verdict found the man guilty, then, they will totally, lose their status as foster family.
The officers investigated, that these young girls’ father disappeared, and their birthmother was in jail, the Social Services Department placed them in the foster care program. In 2014, because their original foster family needed to head south, the Social Services Department transferred them under the care of the Wang family, Wang was suspected of touching the girls’ pubic areas without their consents, and forced the older girl to fellate him, in front of the younger girl.
After the sisters returned back to their original foster family, they’d not told their foster parents of the abuse. On the same year, in December, the two girls were, once more, sent to the Wangs to stay, the sisters heard that they were about to get sent over, the younger sister asked for help from her school teacher, and the police were involved in investigating the matter.
Wang denied the allegations, claimed that he couldn’t understand why the teens were making such accusations against him, that he suspected, that it was because he’d not given them enough money for allowances, that, was why they’d made such rash accusations toward him; his wife also spoke on his behalf, said that she was the one, looking after the girls. But the district attorneys believed, that the two girls’ testimonies were exactly identical, when they were questioned separately, plus the social workers vouched for their psychological difficulties too, and Wang failed his polygraph, the D.A. indicted him.
And so, another LOSER gets sent to jail for what he did, to these girls, but, it’d still taken, the police, as well as the system too long to uncover the truth of this WOLF, with a human’s “outfits”, and had the girls not persisted on calling out for help, then, god KNOWS how much more abuse they’d had to be put through………
