Is homeschooling getting more and more trendy? The Department of Education measured, that in recent years, whether it be the elementary grade levels, the middle school, or in high school, the number of students who are choosing to homeschool are on the rise. The scholars and the parent groups believed, that this rise in number is related to the complete resources, as well as the multivariate modes of education, but, if this meant, that the parents are having less and less faith in the education systems, it’s also, alarming too.
The statistical measures done by the Department of Education showed, that those in school who’d turned to homeschooling, in the high school grades showed the most increase, back in the 2011 semesters, there were only sixty-six students who’d signed up for approval of homeschooling, but by the first semester of the 2015 school year, there were 183 students who’d applied, and it’d shown a growth of three times.
In the elementary years, there were only 641 students during the 2011 semester who’d chosen to homeschool, and by the first semester of 2015, the number had increased to 990, it’s a fifty-four percent increase compared to back in 2011. And in middle school, there’s a growth of forty-five percent from the 223 students in the 2011 school year, to the 337 students in the 2015 school year.
Because the parents, as well as the students, are very unsatisfied with the current education systems available, that, was why they’re all, coming out of the schools, and starting to homeschool, and, I get that there’s the concern of not socializing with the peers, but, think about it, if you’re schooling at home, then, you don’t have to worry about not keep up with the rest of the classes progress, and you get to learn at your own paces, and, not socializing still wouldn’t be a problem, if you keep your kids educated enough, but that’s just my belief, so…
