The Ninety-Seven Year-Old Elderly Woman Was Abused by Her Son, She’d Sued Him, and the Judge Mandated Him Pay His Mother a “Fine”

The social worker suggested that the elderly woman get a court order to keep her son at a distance, so Cheng could live on his own, but the parents didn’t want to leave their son unattended and uncared for.  And because he was abusive, the social workers had, asked the other children to step in, to care for the aging parents, and helped the parents get a protective order against him too.

The police said, that Cheng was the youngest, lived in Zhonghe with his parents.  Cheng’s six siblings all worked out of town, and had hired helpers to look after their aging parents.  Cheng worked as a police officer for a bit, about a decade ago, he was removed from duty because of claims of harassment, taking bribes, and other things.  He couldn’t hold a stable job, became mentally troubled, he’d not gotten any better after being treated, and, he’d asked his mother for money and she wouldn’t give it to him, and he’d turned violent toward her.

At the end of last month, Cheng’s nephew reviewed the surveillance footage from his cell phone, found, that his uncle had, beaten up on his grandmother again.  Pressed his grandmother’s face toward the bed, and pushed her head against the headboards, he’d taken the video footage, and asked for assistance on Facebook; the police were notified, and found, that it was, Cheng’s mother who’d gotten a restraining order just three years ago, they’d rushed to her place immediately.

Cheng’s mother told the officers, that three years ago, when he was arrested on assault and battery, she was the one who’d paid his bail and the fines, that if this time, she’d sued him, and he’d gotten arrested again, she’s still going to be left, with paying the money for his release, she can’t afford it anymore, and so, she’d not wanted another restraining order against him.

And so, because this mother doesn’t put her feet down, that, is why she’s going to keep on getting beaten up by her son, because she’s fueling to his bad behaviors, because this man knew, that his mother couldn’t have the heart, to SUE him, and that, is how this vicious cycle is going to, keep on, rolling, rolling, rolling, until the elderly woman DIES!
