The Wife Had an Affair and Had a Daughter, the Husband Responsible for Taking Care of the Child, the Lover Sued for Custody

We have here, a man who’s displeased at how someone else would be raising his own blood, and he’d sued!  From the Front Page Sections, translated…

A man, Wei, who’d just learned that his newborn daughter was the blood of the man his wife was cheating on him with, Tsai’s, he’d refused to negotiate the terms, of getting his daughter back in his custody, and was sued by Tsai, for false claims of custody of the child, and this became a case where the birthfather is suing the legal guardian.  Awhile back, the D.A. decided to not prosecute Wei further, but Wei had, lost his status of legal guardian of his own daughter.

The D.A. pointed out, that there is this strong sense of morality, strong sense of blood relations, that the legal guardians, if without the support of the birthmother, when they’d fought for custody with the birthfather, they’re surely to lose the case; this case in particular, the birthmother also filed the claims to deny the custody of the child, through the DNA tests, the courts found, that Tsai was, the child’s birthfather and legal guardian.

Wei, in his forties, after marrying his wife for a long time, they’d not had any children, two years ago in May, Wei’s wife finally gave birth to a daughter, Wei loved her very much; and, as Tsai learned about the birth of his own blood, wanted to raise her too, and Wei’s wife had agreed to tell her husband the truth.

When Wei learned that his daughter wasn’t his blood, he was hit hard, but he’d taken care of his daughter for a while now, and had that emotional attachment to her, insisted on keep caring for her; two years ago in October, they met for the purpose, Wei felt taken, and before they’d agreed upon anything, he’d forcibly, taken his daughter away.

Tsai was displeased with this, sued Wei for attempted abduction of his child, and said that Wei was afraid, that his daughter might be taken in for a DNA test; although Tsai is the birthfather, because back then, he’d lacked any legal status, the D.A. didn’t find Tsai’s claims valid, but the case was made public, and it’s still open to investigation.

Wei claimed, that he’d only wanted to live with his daughter, that he’d not stopped his wife from visiting or caring for her daughter; Wei’s wife also testified, that she was able to see her daughter every single day, and took her child to get her shots too, she wasn’t suing Wei.

The D.A. found, that Wei had not prevented, or avoided his wife’s legal guardian status of the child, that he’d not left an underage child without either parents, and found, that there’s not enough evidence to prosecute Wei.

And so, this, is a case in family dispute, and, this man, Wei, had gone beyond what he was supposed to, took care of the child from his wife’s affair, and he did, love this child as if she were his own, and he’d not done anything awful, to prevent his own wife from seeing this daughter, and so, the courts found the other man’s claims to be invalid.  That just showed, how love IS thicker than blood!
