Chien’s ex-wife told the courts, that her ex was displeased at how she married someone else after their divorce, he’d refused to let her visit her children, and used the excuses of how their son wasn’t willing, and how she’d not paid him any alimonies, to keep her from seeing them, and he’d even, turned his kids against their mother, told them, “Don’t talk to your mom, mom’s dirty, ignore her, she’d gone off secretively, and had ignored you, so, ignore her too.”, etc., etc., etc., she’d filed for sole custody of her children with the courts.
As the court was in session, Chien pointed out, that he couldn’t forgive his wife for being unfaithful in the marriage, plus his ex had, refused to pay the alimony and child supports, and not asked about how the kids were, and had taken her newly wedded husband to meet up with their young, that he’s refusing to let go of the custody of his children.
The judge asked the social workers to step in, the investigator asked the young children, “Why don’t you like mom?”, the two children said, “We hate her, because she was mean to dad, she’d not paid”, and they’d said, “grandpa and uncle are bad people, they wanted to send dad to jail”, the investigators asked them how they knew? The young children who were still very naïve, who’d not understood the adult world told, “dad said so”, the judge believed, that the father had taught them.
The judge believed, that the divorce was caused by a series of conflicts, causing the family to break, that one side shouldn’t take the sole blames, that the parents should follow the “kindness principle”, to educate their young, and they shouldn’t teach their young to hate each other, and, it’s the natural rights of parents, to meet up with, to be with the young, to visit, that it can’t be stripped away by money, the judge believed, that Chien’s restrictions of his ex visiting with their young, and he’d instilled the belief of hatred in his children, that it’d gone against “the goodness parents’ principles”, it’d caused him the custody of his young.
Just because you’re divorce, and there’s still a lot of anger and resentment or whatever the two of you, ADULTS need to sort through, that still doesn’t mean that you have the right, to POISON your young to HATE her/his mother or father, plus, it’s bad enough, that their parents are divorced, and, to live under such brainwashing ways, imagine how easily a child can have the wrong ideas…
