A man, Tsai dated a woman who had a baby out of wedlock, and the mother dumped her three-year-old, left, and, Tsai had treated the young girl as a plaything, kissed her on the lips, kissed her breasts, and raped her; later on, Tsai turned the girl over to child services, and the teacher found, that the little girl would ask her little boy classmates to touch her breasts, and took her clothes off in class, the teacher got the truth from her, and the D.A. prosecuted Tsai based off of severe forced sexual act.
The D.A. used the dolls and asked the young child to show the judge, the young girl took off the panties on the girl doll, had the boy doll pressed on top of the girl doll, then used the boy doll, to kiss the girl doll’s breasts, and pubic area too; she’d even pulled down the pants on the boy doll, said, “I don’t like it prickly”, “Daddy used this winkie on my front and back so many times.”
A single mother out of wedlock, moved in with Tsai, and had her daughter call Tsai her “daddy”; back in April of 2013, she’d claimed that she was headed south, left the child with Tsai, never returned. In June of 2014, Tsai called child services and asked them to place her, the child was sent into foster care.
On October of the same year, as the girl was in kindergarten, s he’d pulled her clothes down, showing her breasts, asked a male classmate to touch her breasts and her body, and said, “it feels so good.”; and, after she’d bathed, she’d run, butt-naked in front of her male classmates, “watch me”, and as she took her naps, she would cover her own buttocks with her hands, and would start wailing in her sleep too.
When the teacher asked the young girl, “Did your daddy touch you?”, the child nodded, the teacher called Child Services; the social worker came with a picture book asked, and, the young girl was able to point to the male genitalia.
The social worker inquired the foster mom, and found, that as the little girl came to live with her, she’d complained of pains in her pubic area, and, asked to be medicated, and, there was, a rash on her genitalia too, the social worker immediately notified the police.
As Tsai was interrogated, he’d denied it, claimed that he did, bathe the child, but had never, sexually assaulted her; but the D.A. found, that the young child already had abrasions on her hymen, plus she’d clearly described the process, they’d found that Tsai, was responsible.
And so, this loser still got caught, but, what of this young girl? She’s going to suffer for her stepfather’s sins against her for the rest of her life, and, she’s already, started to, show the wrong ways to interact with members of the opposite sex too, it’s a long road to recovery for her that’s for sure.
