Bao with fifteen years’ worth of experiences in the childcare industries changed tracks from working in the mechanical engineering to caring for young children, in 2010, he’d taken the post of a manager of a daycare, he’s one of the two all-male nurseries, he’d looked after over a thousand of infants and toddlers, he’d even worked with his alma mater, to make the very first of “Emergency Escape Crib for Infants”, to keep guard over the safety of the young children.
He’d put on his nursery apron, started speaking on the experiences of caring for young children, the forty-eight year-old Bao doesn’t pale by comparison, to his female counterparts, the moment he’d stepped into the public kindergarten’s classroom, the children surrounded him, he is working in Shijr, and, he’d owned and operated two other public preschools with his wife, along with a kindergarten too.

Bao said, since he was growing up, his parents had, forced him to “be more manly”, before he went into the service, he was a mechanical engineering major, he’d changed tracks into the hotel business for seven years, then after the hotel collapsed because of the earthquakes, he’d gotten into taking care of children, he’d become, addicted to it, and found, that he’d loved children too much, and so, went to school to take related courses.
“If I’d stepped into the childcare industries, then, I must, increase my professional knowledge of the subject.” In this two years, studying in the childcare majors in Chianan Pharmacology University, Bao learned how to care for newborn to two years, and realized the importance of childcare safety, before he graduated, he’d devised the very first system that notifies the police if a young child is locked inside a vehicle all alone.
Bao said, he has three sons, the youngest was adopted seven years ago, from a teenage mother, every weekend, he’d returned home to Tainan, to be with his own kids. He’d smiled and told, that he is in a “false single-parent home”, normally, his wife had taken care of everything in the household, so he could focus on his work in the public daycare development programs.
And so, we have a man, who’s in the childcare industries, and his love of children was what drove him to work in such industries, and, with his background in mechanical engineering, he was able to device the machines that better the forefronts of childcare too.
