“She’s from the Woman My Father Slept With Outside”, the Family Had Lost Its Functions, the Teenage Girl Murdered Her Three-Year-Old Younger Sister, Sentenced to Six Years in Prison

Had the father not cheated on the mother, and hurt this adolescent emotionally, then, maybe none of this would’ve ever happened, but it had, so, what does that tell you about the functionalities of modern day families???  From the Front Page Sections, translated…

An adolescent girl from Yunlin, Hsu, two years ago, because she was displeased at how her half-sister from her father had, affected her family life, she’d become hostile toward the girl, and murdered the three-year-old girl with a knife, the first and second trials sentenced her to six years.  The young girl’s birthmother asked for payment for her daughter’s death, the High Subsidiary Courts in Tainan mandated that Hsu and her parents must pay a total of two million and one hundred ten thousand dollars.

Hsu hooked up with his “spare” as he was setting up shop at the night markets, he’d had a daughter with her, and, disregarded how his families were against it, insisted and brought the child home, for his own wife to look after.  And, although the child wasn’t hers, Hsu’s wife took care of the young girl, loved her very much, but to her seventeen-year-old daughter, she felt hurt by her mother’s loving her half-sister so much.

Two years ago, one night in July, Hsu used a fruit knife and stabbed her younger sister to death, the first trial gave her six years, and the D.A. believed that Hsu was not at all remorseful, that the punishment was too lenient, pressed for an appeal.

In the second trial the judge believed, that Hsu’s behaviors was off, because after her younger half-sister came to live with them, her parents poured their attention on her, and ignored Hsu, made her feel nonexistent, that, was what sparked up the thought of murdering her younger half sister, that her behaviors were caused by the dysfunctionality of the family, and the education of the family, believed, that Hsu should still have some hope for her future, and maintained the ruling from the first trial.

The girl’s birth mother had asked Hsu and Hsu’s parents for six million dollars, the first trial mandated that the family must pay the woman a total of $2.1 million N.T., but the child’s birthmother believed that for her emotional sufferings, the amount of $1.5 million N.T.s are not enough, appealed to the High Subsidiary Courts in Tainan, asked for another $3.88 million N.T.

Hsu’s parents believed, that the birth mother since the daughter was three months of age, she’d stopped taking care of her, that they’re not close at all, that the amount she was asking for was unreasonable.  The Collectivist Courts considered the families’ economic statuses, their levels of education, as how Hsu, murdering her own baby sister was unpredicted, still maintained the original ruling, and the case can still be appealed.  Hsu is now, graduated from high school and is working with her father at the night markets.

So, this, is a murder caused by jealous of this young adolescent woman, because her parents started paying her young HALF-sister their complete and undivided attention, she felt ignored, left out, and hurt by the behaviors of her own parents, which was what drove her to murder, but, the ones responsible for all of these are still the parents, had the father NOT had the affair, and not had a baby with the other woman, had he not brought the child home, and told his own wife to take care of her, and had this teen’s mother not treated her half-sister with gentle care and concern, making the teen feel ignored, then, NONE of this would’ve happened, and, yeah, the teen was also at fault too, but, her fault was in HER RE-action of all of these events that occurred in her life.
