A divorce man was accused by his daughter for rape, and it’d been confirmed. He’d sexually molested his two underage daughters two thousand times, he’d admitted to what he’d done, showed remorse, and the daughters had forgiven him, hoped that he wouldn’t serve time in jail, but the Tainan High Subsidiary Courts gave him a seven year six months sentence.
After the incident, the two girls both knew what their father did to them was incestuous and wrong, but the eldest daughter stated, she’d hated her mother, that her father is a man, and she’d wanted to compensate her dad for her mom’s sake, and so, she’d kept the truth of getting sexually molested by her father hushed up, “I don’t want my father to be taken away, I want to go home, I hope dad can change the habits to stroking my breasts, and having me fellate him.”
The judge believed, that the eldest daughter’s values were deranged, and after the social workers told him that her behaviors had been changed, the judge relaxed; at the same time, he’d scolded the man for incest, and this father admitted to wrong doing, and not defended his own bad behaviors, hoped that the judge can be more lenient.
This man, from 2009, started taking advantage of how he was sharing a bed with his fifth grade eldest daughter started molesting her, until 2013; he’d done it almost once a day, other than having her fellate him, there were, a total of 1,340 incidents of sexual molestations. Started in 2001, he’d started molesting his own ten-year-old younger child, other than forcing her to fellate him, he’d molested her 601 times.
In April of 2003, the younger child could no longer put up with her father’s molestations, she’d run away from home, was found by the police, she’d stated how her father would have her fellate him and touched her breasts, that, was why she’d run away from home. The investigative officers found out, that the two sisters, started in fifth grade, all the way into their middle school years, had been raped by their own father, and the police charged the man with forced sexual act, forced molestation, and molestation using his status to indict him, during his first and second trials, he’d received ten years, and, of the forced sexual act charge, seven-year-two-months sentence was confirmed.
The Tainan High Subsidiary Courts first trial sessions sentenced him to molesting his own children of not-yet-fourteen; and guilty on 274 counts of power molestation, eight months each, he is confirmed, to serve a seven-year-six-months term in jail. The case can still be appealed.
Uh, this is still too light a sentence, because, this LOSER abused the trust of his young children, and, used his status as their father, to force himself on them, and, can you imagine how much time and energy it will take, for these two young ladies to get their values set straight, and for them both, to recover from the years of sexual abuse by their own father? So, seven years and a half is still NOT heavy enough!
